I'm so f***ing stupid. I called my bank and was using the wrong account number (had to add like six 0s to the end). So I repaid with my correct account number, but FORGOT TO USE IE! Ugh. Hoping it won't get rejected again. Stupid me.

Check the payment receipt and see if it has a transaction ID.

IF yes then your payment went through,

If not then will have to wait again.....

Maybe I should try again with IE? Last time I paid while using chrome. It's not a funds issue, I have far more than $88 in my bank account.

I have not received any case complete email.

But I have already received the interview letter, which came a day or two after case Complete.

My spouse had the interview The interview went smoothly and the visa was approved.. I am still waiting for the passport for my spouse. Beneficiaries living in ISB should be able to pick up the passport from the embassy the same day. That's what I heard. The case is in AP currently. She didn't get any 221g slip which is a good sign. The CO said that it will take 7 days for the visa stamping. Does any one know how long it takes ? I heard like 2-3 days.

The only thing they asked for Medical, passport, passport sized photos, interview letter and our pictures... We over did our work with personal relationship evidences, forms, tax returns, etc. We concentrated a lot on the evidences and pictures. The CO didn't see the wedding album as it was huge in size. But we color printed out the highlights of different pictures (including skype and us being together) on a word doc. The CO was really interested in our story like how do we know each other and how the long distance relationship developed. Lol

My wife was out in 10-15 minutes from the time of the interview with CO. Off-course, she had to wait for her turn. Over all she was done in 1.5 hours. Her interview time was 7:30am and she was out at 9am.

Flu shots are not mandatory. There are 3 basic shits that are required. After the Doctor gives you a little Q & A that’s how they determine what you need. But Flu shot isn’t one of them.

And remember the 6 months must enter the US time ticker starts the moment you have your medical.

My spouse had her interview and was approved. Questions were the usual ones posted here in other forums.

One other thing that I wasn't aware of was that they handed back some pics and docs that I had sent for I 130. I thought that they only gave back the docs that was sent at the NVC stage.

OHH I am so upset..... It was my interview today and i couldnt get my visa

CO asked my husband's IRS transcripts for 2012 and the his original divorce decree, stupid lawyer sent only copy of his divorce decree to NVC..

I showed his latest payroll checks and W2 for 2013 but they didnt accept it..

Husband already left the states so I really do not know what to do, Oh God i am so depressed all flight tickets will get burned

I sent Copies, and had no problem.

will i need to provide an updated i864 and 2013 tax returns at the interview since my interview day is april 28.

If you have filled the 2013 tAx already than bring it to the interview Just in case... Don't know about i864

I think, as long the interview is before April 15th they should not ask.

But its still a good idea to have the W2s, if haven't filled the tax yet.
