Hi, 

My Mom citizenship interview was scheduled on Dec 30 2019. It went well and she passed based on senior citizen and health grounds. 

Since then, we never saw any update on USCIS website whether interivew is conducted etc. 

Today we got notice of De-Schedule:

This is to advise you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel the previously scheduled interview on this date for the above applicant. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. We will advise you of any further action taken on this case, including any rescheduled interview appointment information, under separate notice.

Interesting part is she already had her interview and was waiting for Oath Letter. 

What does this mean now? 

PD March 18 2016. Interview on april 2 but have not received IL in email. Still waiting. They said it is auto generated email by system and they can't control.

I know someone from India of mar 30 date got IL. So they started hopefully you will get in a day or two.

Thanks for update Milly. We can assume anything but reality is we are the real people who are waiting for IL. My date is March 28. No call yet. But probably i am expecting this week if bulletin progresses.

April's VB could move more than that. People with dates up to April 15th should call to get their dates. A filer with PD on 13th or 14th ( I don't  remember very well) got an interview date.

Per my experience, whenever i call them, the person there always read current bulletin and never tell inside story. All they say is wait for bulletin.

I am still waiting for interview. PD is March 28 2016.

You should get interview letter by end of this month or early april as told by Tenreyro as well. My wife PD is March 28 so hopefully we will get interview letter sooooooon...

anyone having priority date earlier than march 22 2016 should get interview letter by  now. If not, they should call NVC. People with PD later than march 22 2016, should start getting interview letter by end of February in sha Allah. My PD is Mar 28 2016. Fingers crossed.

After i130 approval, one should get NVC letter within 6 months to acknowledge that NVC has received your case with case number. After that acknowledgement, this is the next thing. You should soon receive email from NVC. If you dont within 2 months, call them.

It is about requesting documents. So if you PD is before this cut off date, you should expect document submit email soon. They will ask for AOS, fees, document copies etc...

I think someone from oct 2016 date got document submission email. 

Based on Feb 2018 bulletin, they are collecting documents from those whose priority date is earlier than November 2016.

B.  DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS

NVC and USCIS have their own source of income and they dont really rely on government. They get their income from visa fees, case fees etc...

If you have submitted all documents like AOS and all fees, you should wait till 4-8 weeks before they review and respond you. You can call them and ask if they have received all documents. But if everything is complete they will send another letter confirming that all documents received and wait for visa number now. If there is something missing, they will email to ask for missing documents.

I can expect if the guy of Mar 23 got interview letter then it means march 28 and 30 2016 will also get letter as they mostly either stop on 22 or 28 or 30 or 1 

March 28 2016 is the priority date. 

Any update for March 2016 filers. I am still waiting for my spouse interview date. Anyone from march 2016 received interview letter under F2A
