AS for my petition our priority date is March 4th. Transfered October 25th.

I look forward to waiting with other petitioners at the Texas Service Center. Hopefully we will hear something within the next 30 days. Speaking positive!!

Some people got their approvals hours after their ARN changed, some were days after. Hoping I get mine soon too. Hoping all Feb/Mar get theirs soon too..., at least before Thanksgiving.

I really am hoping. It's been 9 mos today since I filed my I-130. So frustrating to see August filers being approved here and there when there are Feb filers still waiting...

I'm afraid our files are already way at the bottom now.

I hope and pray that I will just receive a notice of approval in the mail.

On November 25, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

We got the "Alien Reg number change" message Friday and my wife got a text and E-mail first thing this morning saying we are approved!! We are finally on the move to NVC. Good luck to all the Feb filers still waiting - you will get approved soon.

One thing to note - we were browsing various parts of the USCIS site last night and decided to check our account - we noticed that our I130 case wasn't in our portfolio so we added it and registered for email and text updates. We had done this via the form originally sent with our package back in February but have never had an electronic update of our case. But the day after registering on-line we got both updates - email and text. So for those who aren't getting updates but sent the form maybe creating an account and registering for electronic updates may see you getting them at last. Just a thought!!!

I got the same message on the 21st....last thurs. I was hoping for an approval after too as I read on some forums here that usually an approval comes next but no approval for me up to now.

Was your case transferred too? If yes, where? Pardon me for asking.

No, this has not happened to us as of today, but I did read somewhere that someone received that message and was approved a few days later!! So, good news

I sure hope that's the case but I waited the whole day today but no approval....

I hope we all get our approvals soon. Browsing to some forums here and I saw some August filers get approve in 39 days. There was even one who posted that he was approved after 19 days. Life is so unfair.

Hi Deeder. I have been posting in March filers forum but I actually filed in Feb 26 Priority date march 1st and got transferred same time as yours in October 24 to TSC. Now last thur November 21 I received a message that my Alien Registration number was changed. Has this happened to you too?

Thank you!!! Yeah, you will receive your approval really soon storm7000... Was your case transferred? I received the email for the change of ARN at around 6:15 am and got the approval around 10 am. Just check your email from time to time. Just hang in there, your approval is coming soon.

Just a few hours after receiving an email saying that the alien registration number was changed I just received an email right now that we have been approved!!! After the long wait, it's finally here...NVC please be good to us!!! And yeah we got the approval from CSC, will be waiting for the hard copy of the letter now.

Hi Blueberry a Pancake. Thank you! I appreciate your positive thoughts. This keeps my hopes up.

First my priority date is March 1, then on the 24th it was finally touched and got a notification that my case was transferred. From NBC it was moved to TSC. When I received the hard copy, they made a mistake with my priority date. They instead put March 5. I called that to Tier 2 and he said they have March 1st on their system so they will correct it.

Now just received a notification that my alien registration number was changed. After almost 10 mos if waiting, they just decided to change my Alien number.

This is very frustrating. Nothing against to those who got early approvals.... But they should take care of cases of Feb n March filers or earlier first! So frustrating!

Mine's transferred to Texas Service Center too. Have you notice any chnage on your Receipt Date/Priority Date? Mine was changed from March 1, 2013 to March 5, 2013.

Hi everyone. I just received my hard copy of my case transfer. My case was transferred to Texas Service Center which is actually confusing from the updates I received from them stating my case was moved to my local USCIS office which I understand Jacksonville FL USCIS because I am from Jacksonville. To add to the confusion, my Receipt date was also changed from March 1, 2013 to March 5, 2013 now. ( Though, 4 day difference is not a lot but I just don't like inconsistencies, plus considering how many cases are filed in a day. )

Did any of March filers here whos cases got transferred also have a change on their Receipt dates? Thanks.

Hi everyone! We just joined the forum after reading quite a bit here and getting a lot of helpful information from it. Thought we should share some of our infos.

We are March filers, PD March 4, and received the message today that our case was transferred to our local field office. So it looks like they are moving on to transferring cases filed in March.

Oh we are almost the same. My priority date is March 1st and just got transferred too today. I received the text message early this morning. My status changed in 2 consecutive days. Happy to hear March filers cases are moving. We waited too long.

I am not really sure of that. But If they have questions they will send you RFE. Mine was when I filled up that part I did not include my name in the children's list. When I called them and talked to Tier 2 officer, he said it was okay because my birth certificate would prove my relationship to the beneficiary.

His was approval Sept 26 and received the hard copy in October. We're both March filers and my priority date was even ahead of his.

Yes just this October. 2nd week of October.

I see movement on this now after almost 8 long months. Hoping for approvals soon. My friend here got approved 8 days after her file was transferred to our local office here. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
