I never got a so called P3 or P4 ... just a letter saying we could proceed! and my lawyer gave me the instructions to make an account on usvisa-info.com and there I would get the phone number I had to dial to make the appointments.
I made both my consular interview and my pictures/finger print appointment. Oh and my medical as well! you might want to make your account and call, they will guide you!
Dont worry! you will do perfectly FINE! I was nervous buuuut really worked on being possitive and anytime I had a bad thought of doubt or something .... I would talk to myself and say..." why would I be nervous! I got this! and what has to be, will be!" things lke this hahahah
I was surprised at how much actively saying possitive things to myself helped me feel secure!
YOU GOT THIS!
Good luck!

Congrats!
Once the visa package has been sent, you will get a tracking/waybill #. It may take a few days when being sent to a different city. Keep checking back for your tracking info to show up. Once it does, you will be able to track it through DHL.
Thank you!!! I got it yesterday!!! it went right to the number and being able to pick it up! nothing prior to that! hahaha
Im happy tho! thank you for your help!!!
I now have a little concern! I got the DHL packet, opened it and the Packet I must turn in at the port of entry is kind of broken from the bottom!!!! I can see inside!!! oh man! Im scared cus it says it must be sealed!! and it has a broken edge! do you think I should tape that?!

I got approved on April 5,2014 in Ciudad Juarez (yay!) and came back to Morelia Michoacan, where I am awaiting my visa. They told me I must keep track of it on the usvisa-info.com webpage but I see this message...
"There is no information on the Waybill Number at this time."
That kind of freaks me out... hahahah Is there anything I must do to obtain the waybill number?? For some reason I am scared something might be wrong.
Thanks For your help!

Hola!
My name is Fernanda and I am Mexican. I am in one of the last stages of my K1 visa Odyssey!
I am about to schedule an interview date at the consulate of Juarez. I found out you must pay a fee prior to making the appointment, something called the MRV? or something like that. It is a fee of 240 Dollars. I think it´s the visa Issuance fee. BUT I also saw in some research a fee of 350 for visa fee? is that assides from the MRV?
I am trying to make an estimate of "SET" fees I will be having to pay to the government, lets say, in ciudad Juarez. So, if I must pay these 240 dollars prior to scheduing my interview could you guys help me come up with what I will also have to pay in Ciudad Juarez? I know the costs vary from one country to the other, so I would appreciate Ciudad Juarez Prices.
I know that the K1 visa doesnt require vaccinations, but I will need them for the adjustment of status when Im in 'the US. But what is the price for the Medical Examination? I called and they said "We can't give you prices for security reason." I mean, really?! lol.
Now, the Hotel, food and Travel I know that depends on what hotel you stay in and where you eat and all that. Maybe for this I would appreciate suggestions on what hotel. I will be going with my mother, my fiancé wont be able to come with me, due to his job. He is a little paranoid of Ciudad Juarez, which I think is normal given the bad publicity, but I know I wont be going to night clus or bars hahaha plus I have heard it's very safe in the consulate area. Any comments on this? I mean, I know that it's not like there is bombs and ###### going on in the streets. So I'm not afraid. I'm from Morelia Michoacan, and we have a lot of bad publicity, but I can assure you that people live their lifes normaly and it is safe to walk around hahaha.
Anyways...Thanks a lot for any help!
Fernanda.

Sign your name as you always sign it (as you would on a cheque or contract). It doesn't have to be your full name (mine is only my first initial and surname and just as illegible).
Thanks!
I agree, your signature does not have to be legible. Just sign as you would sign anything else, like checks or autographs That's why there's always a line for "Print name" also.
Thank you! I hope we are right lol

Hi, this might seem like a retarded situation but I need help..
I am filling out the G-325A gorm. I.am the foreign fiance (Mexico). OK so here is the deal. In the bottom It asks for my signature...my signature is not totally legible, but its my signature. Problem is my fiance says I must write my full name in cursive, not my illegible signature. Is that true? I mean my signature says Fernanda in handwriting and some lines lol.
He says that a signature must be the full name! Hmm ... what must I do??

Usually, yes.
Thank God! I was sooo freaking out thinking there was more. :/
Thank you so much for your help.

if your husban is a US citizen i suggest that your husban file for an I-130.. go to uscis.gov to download the file and after your I-130 gets approved your case will be sent to NVC to get an interveiw at the embassy at Ciuda Juarez if you are found inadmisble you will have to file an I-601 waiver. this dose apply of course only if your married ...good luck
No, we are not married yet. We are going to marry in the US.
-
You will not need an I-212 waiver, that is for people who seek to be re-admitted to the US after removal / deportation. You will require an I-601 waiver of your unlawful presence (which accrues from the age of 18), as you indicated.
Thanks for your reply. But does that mean that as soon as my 601 waiver is passed I will be allowed to go to the US and finally marry my fiance?

My Fiance has spoke with him and he has agreed in taking our case (K-1 visa and I601) I'm very nervous in the whole process because I don't even want to think what happens if they deny my waiver. I love my fiance sooooo much! I hate being apart.
Does anyone have a review on Lolly with a 601waiver?
-
I am in the process of applying for my fiancee visa (k1) but I overstayed my tourist visa as a child. Came back to Mexico as an adult (20) which will have my k1 denied. Then I must apply for the I601 waiver. If its approved (which I have faith it will be) must I apply for something else?? The I212?? Or what would be next?
Just for the record I was never deported or anything.
I'm a little confused of the next step after the 601 waiver is passed.
Thanks for the help

Immigrate2us.net has a recommended list. That is not a lot of money for this sort of case.
You are right ... I registered in that website but can't seem to find the recommended list!

I will need an immigration attorney for my case given the fact that I am requesting a K-1 visa but also will need to file for an I 601 . I have heard that not many attorneys have experience in this waiver so does any one have a good attorney? We already had a consultation with DAWN M. GERHART. She will charge 4,500. For the I-601 process... I want to investigate this a little more before we give her a yes (its a lot of money!) And yes we need an attorney because our case I pretty tough.
Thank you!!!
-
I am thinking that the case may be that since you already filed for the K-1 there is not really anything you could hire an attorney to do right now. however, once and if you receive a denial then you could find an attorney and they could step in and assist you. most likely, i think you will be fine until you get to the interview then you will probably have to file a waiver for unlawful presence. Some people do all of this without an attorney and some hire one.
My fiance talked to one of the attorneys from CINA NASHVILLE. She was very nice and will be taking our case. )

If you are still here, did you look into DACA.
I looked in to it right now, but does it apply if im not in the US right now??

we need an attorney because when I was 6 years old I was taken to the US with my tourist visa. I stayed until I was 20 yrs old. I know many people will say "well you chose to stay those 2 extra years being an adult." Hey! It wasn't my fault I was taken in the first place! I had my life made there its not easy turning 18 ad saying "OK!I'm leaving everything I know and the people I care about and leave!" I did decide to do it. When I was 20. It was hard but I refused at that point to not be able to be looked as an equal when I never harmed anyone! I was never on well fair or any thing like this. Regardless of my reasons the US government will obviously not care. So I need an attorney !
My fiance and I started applied for the K-1 visa. We thought we could do it ourselves! But we decided we neeeeed an attorney! But he made some calls and they told him that since the best process already started they won't take it!! #######! We only did the first step! :// HELPPPP!!

I moved to the US as a 6 year old with my mother and sister with our Tourist visa. But since my father was harassing my mother and treating her (they were divorced) she decided to stay in the US so we could be away from him. My visa was given to me on 1996 and it expired on 2001 (I think). I lived in the US until I was 20 years old and came back to Mexico on my own! I was not deported or anything like it.
Now, 3 years after I came here I am engaged to a fabulous man! ... and guess what? Ha! He is American! We met online and he has come here 2 times already! He is the love of my life!!! The problem is I'm afraid that the fact that I overstayed my Visa in the past it will be a problem! Its not my fault!!! I didn't choose it
My babe and I have been doing our whole process by ourselves. We were asked for the first packet. Where they ask us f
or affidavit letters of friends/family and I don't know ifthey must be Notarized and what format they should have!
Should we hire an attorney?
If so, do you guys recommend a good one?

I have a very important question.....I need your help!!!
Do the Affidavit letters written by friends to testify our relationship need to be Notarized?? And what is the format needed? Pleeeeaaase help!!!

I think that would apply to contributed to... check the exact definition of CONTRIBUTE... the gov. is so politically correct...so Im guessing if you see the exact definition, you will know.
But I think it would apply..... do you have any proof of your contributions? (not that I think they will ask for it...just in case..)
