Simple question....I called the NVC to get our KEV# but have not received the actual documentation from the NVC with that same number. My fiancee has scheduled her medical exam in a week and a half. Does she only need the KEV# or is some sort of document with the actual number printed on it required? Thank you!

Hi...I am from Ukraine too and we have got out noa2 on 9th of May...so you already get you new number in NVC? because we are just thinking to call them

and as I know here for medical we need just this number...she can call this place where we will do this medical and ask them what else she need but I think only number

does anybody here experienced that? been paranoid already and frustrated. I know a lot waited longer but got approved. Just wondering if it really happened.

we're heading to 6 months waiting for NOA2. Under TSC and it will be sooo frustrating to get denied after the long wait.

Hey do not even think about denial...it takes so long to get approval now...

we were in Texas Service Center as well ... and finally got approved one week ago,

if you want to know we were waiting almost 7 months for NOA2...it looks like they are really busy there...

so just think that anyway the biggest waiting is in past, if you are waiting about 6 months now so be sure your approval will come veryyyy sooon )))))))

Good day everyone I am wondering if there is anyone that has recently filed for K-1 Visa and file is in Texas how long before getting there NOA2 ? John and I filed in March and recvd NOA1 on 3/28/2014 now waiting for NOA2. I am asking cause we were told by our lawyer it would be 3mths to recve Visa and now he is saying 5-9mths. We are both living in Kuwait so after NOA2 and then if Im following right goes to NVC then our US Embassy here in Kuwait. I keep finding all these different time lines and feel very confused and lost in this process.

If anyone can clarify for us that would be great. We are hoping to be in US by Aug but not sure now. Thank you so much in advance for any advice. Trust me Im trying to be patient

Hi! well for example we got our NOA1 on 15th of October and were waiting almost 7 !!! months for NOA2 which finally got on 9th of May...I've never thought that it can take so long but we were just waiting and that's all what else can you do and just think that one day no matter what it will finally come...but you are together right now so it should be easier ... me and my fiancee did not see each other for about 8 month...so I think waiting together is much easier anyway...

It is terrible how slow they work just terrible...we are waiting more than 5 months now...

We called them few days ago and they said that 5 month is really a lot but in the same time they have no idea why is it taking so much time...

Also they said they will make a decision in next 31 days...if not so we should call them again and remind smth like this...

I would never say that 5 month is too much if I would not see timeline here I am talking about this year when I saw that most of people (!!! especially in Texas centre) get their NOA2 in 1,2 or even 3 month...it is all because I saw this statistic and hoped so much that we will be approved shortly so now I am just upset...on their web site they write that it will take around 5 month ... but anyway we are waiting and hope for better thing...and news

So we sent petition in October and received our NOA1 on 15th of October and still did not get NOA2.

Hi everybody - we have filed the I129F on 10-29-2013 and received NOA1 on 10-31-2013. When I look at other people's timelines (especially the K1 approvals for Jan and Feb) there were so many people that got their NOA2 within 2 months. Our application is at the Texas Service Center and I am from Germany and already have a Soc Sec number since I have lived and worked in the US in the past.

Does anybody else have the same problem. If your application is in Texas, how long did it take between NOA1 and NOA2 for you? Any answers would be greatly appreciated! THANK YOU ALL and GOOD LU

We received our NOA1 on 15th of October and STILL are waiting for NOA2...we are in Texas as well...

hi visajourney! i would like to ask, i checked our visa status in USCIS site and it says that its in POST DECISION ACTIVITY and indicate there that las Dec.19 our I-129F petition was approved. but my fiancee dont received any email and text about that. is that our NOA2? because we are waiting for our NOA2. and its that normal that my fiancee dont got any email or text or we just need to wait for the email and text? and its that our NOA2? tnx.. godbless
