Just called and talked to Yvette, she said our case is complete, just waiting for the interview to be scheduled, and they are still scheduling for October interviews!!!!
Paid still says Paid. lol

well it was a CC!!! omg i am still in shock So it appears they are now putting the packages together for reviews everyone as our aos was July 11th scan date and aug8th for iv.

That fee has been around since February 2013. Perhaps you should read my wiki as well as USCIS's website? I've mentioned it in my wiki...

I think you're quite right. As long as I see the website, they seem releasing AOS and IV fee invoices at the same time. Not only there is no process between those two invoice payments but also it makes more sense in the new process. It doesn't really matter whether we pay for one or two invoices, but I believe they're keeping separate invoices for their account processing purpose only. The difference would be like;
Old process:
Release AOS fee invoice and DS-261
Release IV fee invoice after DS-261 is reviewed
New process:
Release DS-261
Release AOS and IV fee invoices after DS-261 is reviewed
It'll be so much faster for those that follow the new process and seems unfair for those including myself that AOS documents were reviewed independently even thought IV documents had been already received by that time. Unless they justify that difference by increased fee. You might as well call and challenge a supervisor saying "Mine should've been done by now in the new process. So please review my documents today!"

Visa was approved today! Easy! Just checked the website and it is now to "ISSUED"

You all have brilliant. Will be writing a review soon. I will say that the checklist for NVC are beyond frustrating and uncall for as they didn't seem to be bothered to have no W2 nor want the P60!

Thank you all.
I got back yesterday late at night from my trip, I had no access to internet for all these days (beside this one day when we got approved - lucky me ) and I was going through all these pages with a hope that I will see more approvals ! but I am sad to see that there is none.
I would like to let you know that we had contacted our congressman twice, talked to Tier2 two or three times, put 2 e-requests and wrote twice directly to Nebraska. Last response we got 4 days before approval : " USCIS records indicate your case was undergoing an extended background check. The background check is now complete and the case is assigned to an officer.Although assigned, we are unable to predict the date a final decision will be made. If you have not received a notice of action or a decision on this case within 30 days, please contact us for an update."
Not sure if bugging all of them had helped or it was by luck.
I am hoping that you will all get approved soon ! I want to go thru nvc stage with you, December family
