  1. Yeah, I got my NOA1 on Jan19 which was on a friday, and when I checked the USCIS website, they said it was already approved on Jan26 which is the following Wednesday. That's only 3 business days. I already checked and double checked last night 3 or 4 times and again this morning because I didn't believe it. But I'm already registered now with that site for updates and it still says the same thing. I was shocked because they said they were still working on petitions from December.

I don't know why this happened so fast. I know I'm extremely fortunate that I live in an area that processes very quickly . While I'm very happy about this, my heart truly goes out to people that have to go thru CSC and must wait that long period of time in between notices. I hope things will get better for you guys soon...

    Sincerely,

    Rick

exactly what I mean did you do the paperwork yourself or with a lawyer?

  2. We are all frustrated from time to time. Maybe Peach started off a bit more nervous than others on here. I don't buy the "put in your time then vent" attitude.

If you expect something at a certain time, and it does not occur, you may question it. I would too.. just waiting for our biometrics while others are getting approvals for EAD, etc. makes me wonder if there is an issue even though only next week is our 90 day mark.

    Chill guys. :star:

Thanks I just wonder why others get things so fast and we are still waiting. A person here received thier noa2 in 4 days.

  3. Oh yeah..

I'm throwing my 2 cents in...

Be thankful you do not have to go through the CSC!! If you would like...I will gladly trade your 30-45 days with my 3 + ??? months. Your time has just begun and its a very very reasonable one at that!! Read a book, drink some coffee...no reason for you to get all huffy. Everyone here wants to be with their loved one.

    :diablo:

I apolgize to all of those that were offended. I am sorry that your wait is long. But again I was trying to vent I didn't think that it will cause all this negative feedback.

I will not post anything else at Vj a lot of people are to sensative and take things to personal. :star::whistle:

  4. maybe she's expecting new reactions from the same people (since this was already posted in the old forum) ...

    lol lol lol :lol::lol:

that is so funny I am really worry the reason is that many people that went through VSC already received a response within a couple of days. I thought this was a site where you can vent your frustruations as well as get help. Reading comment quoted above it doesn't seem that way.

sheesh....girl, you better settle down a bit and learn some patience. you think you're the only one wanting to be with your honey????? there are some on here bebeen waiting a heck of a lot longer than what you're b******* about. chill out....

Whats b*******? I hope that it's not what I think it is because its what I think it is then a lot of people here are b ***** !!

  6. I would think you would use the name on your certificate of naturalization, which makes me think your first name is kong, your middle name is Loon, but you prefer to be called/named Loon. Is this correct?

Do you have a US passport? if so, how is your name spelled there? I would use the name that your passport/naturalization certificate/ssn/drivers' license card uses.

i agree I would use whatever you have on your official documents
