NOA1 & NOA2 will come from the USCIS after your have filed your petition. NOA1 means they received it and NOA2 is approval and being forwarded to NVC.

PS. Don't forget to include your intent to marry letters from both you and your fiancee. I see a lot of posts where people have forgotten to include them which delayed the process
