I understood that if your ds3025 says "complete" then you dont need a civil surgeon just a copy of the ds3025.

If your DS-3025 form was properly filled out, and your medical is less than 1 year, then all you need to include with your I-485 application is the DS-3025 form. Follow Jay-Kay's link to see if you have a properly filled out and complete DS-3025.

So as an update the 90 day wait for her to work didn't set well with us. So she got a job offer after we got married and I submitted that offer letter with our AOS/EAD/AP paperwork and called them numerous times to get it expedited (the EAD). They scheduled her biometrics and just after that she got her EAD and AP approved. 4 weeks total turn around time and it would have been quicker by a week and a half if they had an earlier biometrics appointment slot.
Complacency doesn't work, if you want the expedite just go for it. I'm sorry to see here that everyone in this thread told me to sit and wait 90 days and have her go volunteer...

If you took two months to respond to the RFE than the whole case was paused for 2 months. Oct-Dec is 2 months. Feb to now makes three months, so things are going on a normal timeline. Jan and Feb was paused waiting for RFE response.
