If i am not wrong those cases which have been transferred is getting RFE and without REF cases are approving directly from NBC.
Conclusion : Cases are transfer for RFE ?
This is my assumption , may be i am wrong .
-
Did you write wrong address in I-130 form ?
You can call to NBC number mention on your email receipt and tell them about your hard copy receive failed .
They will further inform you what should you need to do next.

1. Can we apply directly from Pakistan i.e DCF or she must go back to US to file the petition ?
Ans: DCF fromPpak is not available and if she wants to apply from Pak then go ahead. She need all documents which available here ( on website)
2. She still hasn't got enough funds/income to support me, Can I show my bank balance and Assets (worth 100 K) to prove that I can support myself and her or can someone sponsor us who isn't our relative ?
Ans: You can not support your self for USA because you are beneficiary so arrange a co-sponsor in USA
3. Since she has moved to Pakistan with me will they question her about her domicile etc ?
Ans: She need her domicile with application and certificate ( as a USA citizen )
4. Do we need to withdraw our K1 application which expired in May 2013?
Ans: Since you are married now then you can not restart K1 application. You have to submit K3 or CR1/IR1 application
If you need more explanation , we all here

Max Feb/March filers getting approval from NBC directly so most probably your petition will approved in late DEC
-
Feb/March cases are directly approving at NBC while April files are transferring at a time to other service centers like CSC, TSC , VSC
-
Current Approval time for I-130 is 7.4 month + 3 to 4 month time at NVC + 1 month interview time line + 3 to 9 month for AP ( specially for Pakistani )
Total Avg = 7+3.5+1+1=1 year
If AP is short like just 1 month or 2 month
-
NBC time is 7.4 month is right because they are approving the cases of FEB & March 2013 at NBC only,
March to NOV = 7.5 months
-
yes they are transferring but you said it is in initial review so that mean it has not been transferred any where ..
If it transfer then you will get hard copy as well as email.& will update in your control panel where you see the initial review
Right now they are transferring April filers application to local offices and service centers after each 2 weeks ( Bi weekly ) according to Postal code of the petitioner.
So your case may be transfer in feb or march
-
what is first three alphabet of your case number ? If MSC then it should be in NBC Missouri
-
You have to wait 7 months more for Approval according to current situation !
-

-
Its ok , but any one can please explain me why I-29F application is approving within 2 months or 1 month ???
Because this is non-immigrant application or some thing else ?
That mean they are working properly but not on IR\CR1 application .
NOA 2 Received ! what next ?
in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
What should we prepare for next step ?
