Received NOA1 hard copy yesterday in mail file was sent on October 21 and received on October 23. My question is how long after receiving NOA will I receive the biometrics appointment letter?
-
Sent packets october 21 and was received on the 23. Received text message and email of all 3 case numbers on the 28 routing to NBC. Waiting for NOA and biometrics appt.

Got all 3! Thanks
-
But I send them all 3 AOS AP and EAD so shouldn't I have 3 case numbers?

I just received an email that USCIS received my packet, but I got 2 different emails with 2 different case numbers. Can someone explain to me what this means? Thank you

My package was also received at the Chicago lockbox on October 23 and still nothing yet. Still waiting. Keep us posted when you hear something from them.

No my dad is self employed he is my back up just incase we need a sponsor. I work for a company thats how I have a letter.
-
My current income is stated on my employer letter but doesn't reflect my 2013 because I went to visit my fiancé but reflects my 2012
-
If co-sponsor is self-employed I only need the latest tax return which is 2013 correct?
Also since I was on vacation last year to see my fiancé my income isn't as much as I had in 2012. For 2013 I am short about $150 but 2012 I made more than enough for the 125% poverty line. Since I'm providing both income statements from 2013 and 2012 will I still need a co-sponsor? Should I explain this to them or would they see that I made enough for 2012 and my letter from employer states how much I make yearly.
Also interview will take place in a week any advice?

I'm sorry to hear that! That stinks! Thanks for the heads up ill definitely make a copy of it.

I requested them so hopefully they come in time before I leave in next Friday. I do have the W-2 just in case the transscripts dont come on time. The vaccination sheet you mean the one from the medical?

Hey guys,
My fiancé and I will be having the interview in about 2 weeks at the Romanian Embassy. Any advice or things we should be on the look out for? I will be accompanying my fiancé. I believe we have all the papers needed:
Birth certificate (copy/original)
Reaffirmed intent to marry
Police clearance
Medical
I-134
Letter from employer, bank statements, and the past two years tax return
Additional evidence of the relationship
2 passport photos
Fiancé passport
DS-160 confirmation
TNT confirmation
Missing anything?

My question regarding the I-134 is if the sponsor is self-employed all that is needed is the tax return information from 2013 correct?
-
Congrats!!! Ahhh mine is coming up as well in about 4 weeks! I can't wait to read all about your experience and questions they had
-
No problem! That's exactly what the embassy instructed me to do as well.
-
You changed it to CR1?
-
When my fiancé called to inquire about this since we also had this problem they advised him to select CR1 visa instead and it lets you pick a location and proceed on.
-
Cazzers my fiancé notified them when he called to schedule an interview Thank you
-
Mine is May 15 since I will be traveling to Romania on May 9 Let me know how the interview goes
-
Thanks
Congrats on your approval!!!!! I read your review since I'm having my interview in May and seemed like it was really straight forward! I the petitioner would also be attending with my fiancé.

Hey guys so we are waiting for our AP/EAD combo pack, but I want to make sure of something. When we do receive the AP card we went to go on our honeymoon since we want to go outside the U.S. Will we be questioned about "emergency use" or related to that? I don't want any trouble getting back in the US. Any advice?! Or did someone wait till their AP card came in to go on their honeymoon. What was your experience of this? Thanks!
