Just got an update that they are requesting more evidence which was mailed out today. So I have to wait and see what more evidence they need. This was a transfer case to TX. Anyone receive something similar? Or case transferred to TX, any news?

You cannot reschedule after he misses the appointment, the case might be denied.
Once you get the biometrics request letter, you can try showing up to the ASC early to have it done, but you can't show up or reschedule before you get the letter.
Reschedule meaning to call before the appointment listed on the paper to request another date? Or is it better to send the I-751 after we come back since it still gives me a month before expiring? Or file end of May/beginning June to ensure he is here for the appointment they give out first?
Thanks for all the help!

Or can I request to reschedule once I get back?

He will need to provide biometrics, so that time line won't work.
So how should I proceed with this? Or what do I need to do?

We are going on vacation out of country for 6 weeks. My husbands 2 year green card will expire at the end of July and we are coming back end of June. We are leaving beginning of May. The I751 will be mailed in at the end of April since thats 3 months before it expires. Is there anything I need to bring on the trip to ensure we don't encounter any problems? Thanks!

Your card should expire 2 years after you became a permanent resident (the "resident since" date on your card). Since you came on K-1, you did not become a permanent resident at POE. You became a permanent resident when your Adjustment of Status was approved, which was probably in 7/2015.
Thank you!

You can apply for ROC 90 days - the exact date of July 2017.
so I can apply next year by April of 2017 correct?
-
In order to apply for the removal, do I follow the expiration date on the GC or the POE date? GC expires on 7/2017 but POE was 8/2014

Received a potential interview waiver letter in the mail today. We have a delay of 6 months.
Just received a potential interview waiver letter as well and delayed 6 months from the potential interview waiver letter date (Chicago)

Chicago Office waiting time is 7-9 months
Oh no!! Really??? Wow. Well already month 4. At least we have the AP combo card.

You should call USCIS, i had the same problem, cant guarantee it is the same for you, but i was actually sent the biometrics appointment letter and never received it.
They got me a new appointment, and i now have my EAD
They are not very good with updating the status sometimes.
Phone number is +1 800-375-5283 , if you wait too long, it can look like you have abandoned your application, good luck!!
I already received my EAD combo card it's just for the 2 year card.
It's still saying that for us also..no updates since Oct. 29, but my husband has his EAD.
I already have the Eas combo card as well. Just waiting on updates for the 2 year card.

Still waiting on updates for my i485 since October 27, still says fingerprint fee recieved. Anyone else with no updates?? Chicago location.
-
Is it normal for my AOS case status to still say they have accepted my finger print fee? My status has not moved to ready to schedule interview yet still(
Mine also says that since October 27.

So guys i just got in the mail the approval notices for my AP/EAD is that my combo card??? It's not a physically plastic card, it's a piece of paper that says to take with you when traveling or show to your employer is that the "card" everyone is receiving or should I be expecting something else????? A little confusion.

My AP/EAD card was approved, will I get another update on my case that's in production or will I just get the combo in the mail?

Just checked my status on my EAD/AP and it was approved and in production! Yay!! Best birthday gift ever!

Hitting day 75 and nothing yet! Hopefully an update sometime this week! Trying to patiently wait, but it's killing me.

we are on the same boat. It will be the 90th day on Jan.22. Hopefully it won't take that long to hear anything from them. I do hope these people working on our case are fully equipped and outlined with how this application works. Sometimes, it turned out to be very subjective and worse is, one person provides different info from one another.
Yes and people seem to be getting RFE at the end of there 90 days. Hopefully thats not the case for us and we hear something soon. Keep me updated if you hear anything.

Still waiting for updates on my EAD/AP! It will be 3 months on January 23. Hope I hear something soon it's getting frustrating. Anyone still waiting for any update? Package was received on October 23 and biometrics done on November 18
-
Did biometrics on the 18 of November in Chicago and still no update or RFE, making me worry what's taking so long....I guess its still in the normal time frame. If anyone gets any update within that time from like mine please let me know. Package was sent on Oct 21 recieved on the 23 and got NOA on the 28.

Did biometrics on November 18 and still no update. Hopefully status changes soon.

Completed biometrics today! Hopefully won't be long till approval!
So far, so good. Process going smooth!

So I'm assuming that they won't question us if we went for an emergency purpose or not. AP is meant to travel outside the US and get back in at anytime no matter of the number of trips until green card arrives right? Im just trying to make sure that I have this right before making I make mistake.

Anyone else get an RFE for more evidence for 2017-2018? Applied in July 2017 so all evidence was from 2014-2016 with some 2017. Got an RFE that they need more evidence for 2017-2018 since they were so backed up I'm assuming.
