I call NVC and they told me it's send out to Cambodia. What's odd is that they said they do not have a tracking number. Any of you who got the tracking number, is it from NVC or tracking number from your consulate?

Also when I call DoS, they said the file is still with NVC and NVC have not send to consulate.. just odd

does anybody know if USCIS sends all the documents that we sent to them with I-129F packet to NVC and if the embassy receives all those documents that we sent to USCIS with K1 packet?

Excited I call DoS and they have my case number but the file is still with NVC. NVC just got it today.

Would you know what I need to do with the case number?

Ours has been on Ready status for over a week now but the physical files are not there yet. Great news is looks like 2 big packages are being delivered today so we hope our files are there since NVC and DoS confirmed shipping them last week. Yikes!

Does anyone know how long it takes for the status to change from in transit to ready on the CEAC site. According to DHL my file got there on Nov 12 and it still reads in transit

I received my case number yesterday. NOA2 was oct.28 and status that it was send to NVC was on the 6th....so those of you had your NOA2's send around the same time I would recommend calling and checking on the case status. I went through Texas service center not sure if that makes a difference to you all or not. Good luck everyone

My status is ready now! I am now waiting for packet 3...

So has anyone who received their noa2 in october received their case number yet? Im just trying to estimate the time it would take for me to get mine. Thank you to those who have replied thus far

The embassy got my case on 11/4, and it became ready on 11/5. On 11/6 the case status updated, still at ready.

The embassy told me to email them at the end of November, and that my Interview would probably be in December.

One couple a few days before me got an Interview date, and another couple 1 day after me ( embassy got theirs on 11/5 ) already got interview dates assigned to them for the first week in december...

I just don't understand why they haven't scheduled mine yet, but have been scheduling others.

My case was updated twice, as well.

Any ideas what might be going on? or has anyone experienced this..

Does anyone know how to track case after it leaves NVC i have done the CEAC website but it has said that its on transit for the past 7 days. Is there any way to check through DHL the NVC told me that is the way the ship

What number did you call? I tried calling DOS +12024857600 and the girl and the guy i talked to told me our case number did not appear in their system, so im not really sure if NVC received it already.

Hope it will not take weeks, and also ive been checking if theres notification from the USCIS site like telling me they shipped it to NVC /DOS, but its the same still. i guess i have to hang in there and wait

I called NVC but i also called DOS and they had the same info as NVC they to gave me my case# and when you call DOS they answer right away and they are much nicer

I got my NOA2 on October 16 then i got a status update from uscis on Oct. 29 which was 2 weeks from approval till they actualy shipped to NVC it took 8 days from the time it left TSC to NVC

Congratulations to you I am from TSC until now NVC haven't received our case and its been 12 days already not a long time waiting though.. How did you know they received yours? Through email/mail or you phoned them?

I would call everyday and my reciept number did not appear in the computer untill yesterday. The girl said it had just come in. I asked her if my number had been assigned and she said yes. The average for TSC that i have followed on here is about a week. You should be getting yours soon. It really was 3 weeks from NOA 2 and 1 week from the day it got shipped out of TSC

Guess i have to wait few more weeks
