do you mind asking you when you have responded to your rfe? i have responded to minde december 2 now 4 weeks no response at all. did schedule for an interview? or just told you that you are transfered to local office? your answers is much appereciated?

My RFE response was received by CSC on December 2nd and now it has been almost 3 weeks. is everything ok. i saw some people get approved within 10 days after replaying to their RFE. any input will be appreciated?

Be careful to the address you are going to respond to because there will be consequences if it is not the write one. I have recently received one. on the blue sheet that was sent to you; read carefully just after the deadline that was set to. it will say send it to the address on the bottom of this sheet. mine was P.O.BOX 10590 Laguna Niguel CA 92607. make sure u write ATTN : RFE. the address that ivriesling provided was for applying to remove condition. the pobox are different for RFE. if you don't see any address on the bottom call them to make sure you don't put yourself. hope this is helpful. good luck

I got a RFE . My case was transferred to california. Can u guyz tell me at what address i have to send the response toRfE. I didnt get any return envelope.

it is transferred to California. mine was transferred the same date. I got rfe last week. so may be tomorrow or next week u will hear something. don't worry you will hear from them as soon as they get to you.

u must include driver licenses. both.

just to update I received an rfe requesting our dirver licenses and bank statements. they don't want the print outs electronic version. will send everything this Monday!

I have just received an RFE. I have sent a tone of document. the only problem are: they do not need my print out document from the bank. We have electronic bank so we do not have paper statement. I have print out the online statement and include in my package. they specifically asked for statement with both our name on it for that bank. should I go to the bank and request them to write a statement that we have that account since 2011 that it is electronic. I appreciate any help

yeah, it between 14 days and 60 days. wait til 60 days then call them. hopefully you get answer before then.

all you have to do if you do not have what they asked for is to explain. for the tax return include the W2 or go to irs website order transcript.

if they are not satisfied, they will call u for interview easy part it will delay ur application.
