    Just got news from the USCIS to Biometrics Appt, I keep thinking we shouldn't need this as we already had it in Juarez, I'm the same person and my fingerprints haven't changed, why do we need this?? Anyway...

      They said it was sent on July 11th. 3 weeks is rather ridiculous a wait for it to gothrough the postal service. Obviously no tracking information. I hope you get your packet 3 quicker than we do. Best wishes!!!! :)

      Hi Amanka,

      The number is 1-703-439-2313. You'll have a choice of spanish or english, then choose immigrant visa selection. The problem is that it is automated so i eventually managed to hit a selection to speak to someone, but they just told me i had to wait for the packet 3 letter to arrive. Hopefully you'll have much better luck. I had my fiancee try for the mexico number but with the same results.

      I called the CDJ consulate and they confirmed it was sent a week ago. I will call them tomorrow if it has not been received. Wish me some luck!! And congrats to you and your fiance!!! I am happy to see visa approvals!! It's awesome!!

    Tomorrow marks 8 months since we sent our K-1 petition, and another day of crushing disappointment. I don't even wake up optimistic anymore. I am depressed, angry, and despondent all the time. It was hard to see so many people with RFEs dated after ours (even the one dated before us, they sent their response after we sent ours) approved today. This is how my fiance & I get treated for being upstanding, law-abiding, tax paying citizens all our lives? Treated like terrorists? All we wan...

    I just checked out NOA1 & realized I put wrong date in...I had Oct 10 but it says Oct 5 so that means we just moved forward 5 days wooo hooo!
