Salo&Romashka got a reaction from adricas in Overland Park .... Is it even real ???
I did some internet sleuthing using Google search, Maps, and Streetview I think I have some more information where MSC Overland Park actually is. I'm not a local and not up for a road trip to verify any of this information but here's my best guess.
According to an article from the Kansas City Business Journal dated November 13, 2012:
"USCIS plans a mid-December launch for its operations at the vacant Overland Park office building, 7600 W. 119th St."

I looked the address up on Google Maps thinking to see the buildings in the picture from the article. Instead the address is for a shopping plaza with an office complex in the back corner. I believe the new National Benefits Center - Overland Park to be located in the square building framed the L-shaped building in the back corner.
If you go into street view at the intersection leading into that plaza (Cosner Street and W 119th Street) you'll see a red real estate sign for RED Brokerage and the building just up the road. Red Brokerage has a website with descriptions of property listings including:
7600 W 119th St • R2 Rosana Square Overland Park, KS 66213 Building Size: 100,000 Square Feet % Leased: 100% That's spot on with the property mentioned in the article:
The General Services Administration, a government agency that handles federal real estate matters, had signed an agreement for the Internal Revenue Service to take 40,151 square feet at Rosana Square in 2010, but it withdrew from the agreement in April.

That prompted USCIS to take the IRS lease at Rosana Square and expand it by 66,064 square feet.
There are many photos of the building on the brokerage website and an informational .pdf file with references to ITT Technical institue, a former occupant. Satellite images from Google Maps of the plaza show dumpsters around the building suggesting someone was cleaning house before they moved in. If I lived anywhere close to Overland Park I'd drive by and see how many cars are parked outside. There's not enough room for 500 new hires to fit in there so that place must be packed. Unfortunately it doesn't look too crowded from Google Maps satellite view.
Anybody close feel like taking a road trip to check things out for the VJ team?
