Well case was updated on USCIS website. I can now see all my case infromations and history. They have my date earlier then what I had. I guess they are fixing cases in the system and updating slowly but surely.

Can you guys now see your information and case also?

If Armenia is showing up as your consulate's country, you'll have to go in to change it to Argentina. Armenia is the VJ default for when people don't indicate a consulate.

Ahhhh that explains a lot, I was wondering why when I search similar timelines I see Armenia!

Keep ya head up guys! I know its especially hard during holiday season too. We almost there. Octobers filers have been moving a little quickly I would say.

sounds like an Error, you may want to contact them asap.

I have seen here where they have made a mistake like this, denied a appeal when there was no appeal in the first place.

Thank you everyone for the nice comments. I have come to a point in this whole process that it is effecting my daily life, even work. I walk around with a scowl on my face, which I've never done before.

I know exactly what you mean! I have made steps to break this loop of sadness. I have started to go to the gym everyday to relieve that stress, I meal prep most of my meals now for 3 days out. I also have set notifications to only check website once a week every on Sunday! Don't let this process control you and allow it to effect your everyday life. Use it to re focus on your other personal goals! I've lost weight and am becoming more lean. Heck I've even kept my checking of VJ to a bare minimum but i do check the progress of similar timelines

I would like to think that we will ALL be with our loved ones in due time. Take this waiting time and use it to grow your relationship through communication if possible and use it to grow your self and also to prepare your home for when you loved one eventually comes.

Ops sorry I wasn't clear enough, I am there for vacation March 1st - the 18th.

Yeah, I realized that I have no control over the timeline of this process so I just went ahead a booked a flight to spend time with her on her birthday. I'm there till March 18th so IF we have medical/interview around then all the better. If not upon approval, she can travel here on her own no problem.

Really hoping to get word of a NOA2 before Christmas. I just booked a flight to visit the Misses 3 weeks in March. Prayers up!

Something that has been bugging me every since I filed back in October.

From the period of 3.2012- 3.2013 I was on a expat assignment living in Lujaizui, Shanghai China.

Now for my G325a for the address I put Shanghai for city, but I put N/A in Province/State section. I did this because Shanghai is its own Municipality and while it boarders 2 provinces it is not apart of any province. My thinking was sort of like if the address was in Washington D.C, what would you put there? there is no province or state. Is my logic correct, will I get a RFE?

Also for the section below that where you have to enter any overseas address MORE than a year. I did not include my Shanghai address as it was not a day over a 365 day calendar year. 1 year not MORE as the instructions says.

Hoping you China filers can give me some insight or am I worrying to much as is typical during this process?

I just called these guys by the way, to check the status. The computer told me the recent information then asked me if I wanted to transfer for additional information, I was transferred no wait. Lady was nice asked for the case number search it but then said she couldn't find my case because of the technical error and she told me to call back in 2-3hours or on monday as they expect the technical error to be resolved. PLEASE don't tell me she is typing in the case number in the regular portal as we are! I was a little confused because the automated process when I enter my SRC, the computer finds my case and tells me when it was last touched but she couldn't ??? So that was really confusing!

Having done the research on how long it takes at TSC i said to myself a long time ago I will mentally prepare myself for the long haul. 5 - 6 months. Fine, but I wont let it steer my relationship in anyway. We went 6 months before meeting my each other for the first time in the past so patience is something we have surely developed and grown to appreciate. I will go to visit her this December and then 3 weeks in march. I would say I'm blessed to be able to visit her quite often given my work. During this visa process I will take the time to continue to grown with her and grow our relationship.

Thanks for making this thread, I am really happy for all the Ocotober CSC'ers getting their 10day-20 day approvals but it can be a little bit depressing.
