      oh wow so me and you having the same issue...i did send the NVC and email inquiry and they told me to give it 3 to 5 business days...and i have searched in this and i found some took them more than that but my concern is the online form DS 260 i have to fill out that is why.

      Go to this link https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx and fill out online form DS 260 asap, that should have been one of the first things you did. Don't delay.
