I filed ds261 on feb 5 and was accepted on feb. 7..since then I am patiently waiting for iv bill invoice. When I called last week, the operator said that it wasn't reviewed yet and I have to wait 30 business days before they enter it into their system. It is so heart wrecking... :(

hi janelance....guess what happened to me hours after i read your post? I prayed really hard to God and He made a miracle that very moment. Our petition has been approved by the TSC on December 3 also. God is good all the time!

It's important to the authorities to show a lasting union and that includes spending time together (especially in the last 2 years before filing). Now it's already after filing but i don't think it could hurt in any way. I'd also keep boarding passes, etc. for the interview.
