waiting_______, did they approve your 130 form or 129F? We have also applied for a K-3 visa, but I thought they kill 129F and deal only with 130. Isn't this the case?

Someone mentioned 2-year home residence requirement under J-1 visa. Do you know how carefully they are checking every day? When do they check it? At the embassy during the interview?

I have a question: on the hard copy of the transfer notice I have nothing in the "priority date". We only have "receipt date" (Aug 13) and "notice date" (Feb 5). Is this a problem we do not have a priority date? Maybe it is because of our 130 and 129f submission?

Kurosakii, I think we have the same case. Both our petitions were transferred to CSC. This means that most likely our 129f will be ignored and "killed", and they will place us toward the IC/IR visa based on 130 form only. Let's wait and see.

Hi everyone. I got my third email today, but the first two definitely mentioned "local office", but the third one says the following:

"The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office."

Is this normal?

Same for me. My husband called and they said they have no clue where the 130 and 129f forms went to. I guess we will find out only next week when hard copies of notices will be received.

I think the applicant can call and ask already now. You should allow one week for the letter to reach you.

My 130 notice of action is dated 20 August , but the NBC received it and entered into the system on 12 August.

My 129f is dated 6 September, but no news yet about this one

Yes, I am also waiting for my K-3 visa. But I am just in the beginning of the journey... We filed both petitions in August. I wish things had moved faster
