Hello guys. I went through that bad experience . It's was very painful and I am paying a price from it. Call uscis. Sometime they will approve your case and they won't send it to Nvc. It will seat there for months, mine stay there for 3 months. I called uscis and talk to tier 2 and finally they sent my case to Nvc . Trust me u have to be on too of your case. Good luck
