  1. Still waiting too since 02/06/2014 :( Praying and hoping all of us still waiting will receive a response very soon. At least its good to have some support :)

Hang on its on its way im praying for all of you... my best advice to all of you still waiting for your NOA2 is to write down all Agents names as well as Tier2 officers, date and time you call them, and make sure there is no RFE in the computer waiting to he sent. I got it From my previous experience with my first petition. its very important that you have it all documented. By the way InfoPass work as well to physically go to one of local uscis office to follow up on your case!!!

  2. Feeling a bit down guys... I have been pretty excited seeing all the February filers that received their NOA2. We've hit the 6 month mark and haven't gotten any updates. I put a call into USCIS and they gave me the line about December 31 and said that I probably wouldn't hear anything on my case until October. I asked about the case transfers and he said that cases have been transferred to CSC because of the back up, but that my case wasn't one of them. I'm just ready for some good news. I'm hoping I didn't screw up my case with the expedite requests (even though they were legit) or the congressional inquiries.

I understand how you feel, but hang on a just little, from my previous experience with I-129 and the people that have been waiting at the same time on vj, no one got approved later than 6 or 6,5 months.... so I belive you're almost there, its coming. Also the day I got Approved, I spoke to a Tier 2 officer and he said no news onmy case, it hasn't been assigned to an officer yet. And that they are working on December 31 cases, all of a sudden I get a text 4 hours later at 11 pm, with a case status update, that was the Approval. So don't loose hope, and uscis don't always know what the hell they are doing. PS. we had requested 2 expedited requests, all was turned down.... I keep my fingers crossed for you!!!! Good luck.

  3. hakobrena!! Finally!!! I have been watching for your approval. congratulations!!!!! :D :D :D

    Tina

Hi Tina thank you sooo much, it means alot to me. The devastation we went through with our first Petition was a very sad experience, but we collected some patients and Re applied, NOW FINALLY OUR WELL DESERVED APPROVAL IS HERE!!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ON YOUR MARRIAGE WITH YOUR LOVED ONE :) :) :)

  4. You are Welcome :) I am still not at that level..I Received my NOA2 On July 24th and still have not received a case status notification saying my case has been shipped to NVC..When fiance called USCIS and got trasnferred to a TIER 2 IMMIGRATION OFFICER , they told him our case is still at TSC :( ...to answer your question..it depends on the beneficiary's country....Here in Venezuela... I will be needing a letter from NVC Or from the U.S Embassy here and ask for a Medical Appointment..You should try gathering the information needed from the Beneficiary's U.S Embassy/ Consulate where she/he resides.[/

Wow.... im sorry its taking so long to arrive to NVC, have you tried calling them?

  5. You wait for your NOA2 Hardcopy through mail and you will get a last update stating that your case has been shipped to the NVC/DOS. Then after that takes 25 business days and start calling NVC to see if they received your approved case..If they did, then ask for your MNL number/Case number..with that you track your case to the U.S Embassy where the Beneficiary resides,...*This is what i understood, correct me anyone if I'm wrong LOL)

Thank you so much Katiushka, when does he do his medical? can he start now before NVC sends the packet?

  6. Best wishes to those who are still waiting. I sent my I129F on Feb 21 2014 and received my NOA1 on Feb 27 2014 from Texas Service Center. I just found out my petition has been approved on August 8 2014 this morning on USCIS website! I also submitted G-1145 so that I received NOA1 confirmations from both the email and the text message. But this time, there was no email nor text confirmation. I also checked the case statues on USCIS website in the evening on August 8, but there was no update on that day.

I have also datamined 1053 case numbers around my case number from USCIS website. Out of these cases, only 117 of them are for K1. Out of these 117, only 15 were approved as of 08/08/2014. In case anyone is interested in checking cases around Feb 27 2014, the numbers are:

I actually see there are a lot of us still waiting for NOA1..... May God bless us all with NOA2 this months As it is very very hard to be without our loved ones, our second halfs..........Wait!!!!! is all we can do right now.

  7. guys! I am sooooooo happy! i just for the NOA2!! i think they are starting to process the Feb, so hang in there, its coming!! :)

btw, I sent a email to the head of all the service center expressing my concern about the imbalance between the centers, hope that help to have them pay more attention to TSC.

I am soo happy now, can someone tell me what should be my next step to make it faster? I will be preparing the paperwork, should I ask my fiance to call to make interview appointment?

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Finallyyyyyyy one of us got NOA2 thats sounds promising!!!!!! Good luck on the rest of your journey!

  8. Based on the information provided by USCIS, it is not clear which date they are processing. The dec 17 date was applicable to May 31st so more than 50 days have passed and USCIS is not able to let us know how much longer we need to wait.

I just called USCIS spoke to tier2 officer she stated that as of today they are working on December 17 cases, and that the processing time changed to 7 months. :(((

  9. It is, but believe me, waiting with missiles flying over your head, getting into living buildings and shopping molls, hearing explosions in your neighborhood day and night and reading casualties reports daily and wondering if it's gonna be you next time, that's even worse.

Yes I do believe there is a criteria for Expedite request due to whats going on in Ukraine. Try to call and see if you can Expedite your petition. I can just imagine how bad it is in Ukraine, im watching it on tv every day. :( Good luck you and your family, be safe!!!
