I bought my 1st wife to America on a K1 Visa and we have been divorced now for one year and me and her sister have connected over the time and I would like to file for a K1 Visa for her to come to America to get married is that possible???

i just completed the non immigrant application for my mother in law and i just wanted to know what does she need to do next on her end and how long does the process take and will a letter help make the process more faster ?

she doesn't have a job but she has property that she owns and takes care of with her other daughter is that considered good collateral ??

my wife's mother lives in Dominican republic and my wife is a few months pregnant , my wife want her to come here for a few months and help out and see the baby , i would like to know what are the qualifications for her to receive a tourist visa for her to come her for alil time ?

mmmm ok i undderstand that now , what about a tourist visa would it be easier to get one of those in her name ?

my wife has her green card and she would really like to bring her mother to the america , i wanted to know if she can file or i can file to bring her here and if so how can that process be started

my wife received her combo card in the mail 2 weeks ago and i have a important question , she want to travel to her home country for a few day , but the only thing is that her combo card and passport have 2 different last names i want to know if any she would have any problems coming back to the USA with that or would she have to while in her country change the last name on her passport ??

my wife did her biometrics about 2 weeks ago ,and we looked on the usics website that her card has been ordered , but she has a emergency , her mother is in the hospital in her home country and she isnt doing to good , could she go with out the card and when the card arrives i bring it to her , or does she have to wait for that card do enter her country or does she only need it to re enter the USA ???

i sent out my wife's AOS papers about 2 weeks ago with usps and i have yet to receive anything back , what is the normal time for a package to be sent to chicago ??

she didnt receive a copy of it , but i think it could have been in her packet that she gave to US customs

do i go to a civil surgeon to do the ds 3025 or can i do it myself ??

im getting my wife papers together to start her AOS , but im alittle lost my wife did her medical exam in domincan republic but she didnt do any vaccinations , she has all her vaccinations in record , do we still have to do a i693 or just do the ds 3025

im thinking about planning a trip with my wife she has been in the country for 3 months on a k visa and i was wondering if she could travel outside of the US and come back without any problems ??

but call and find out called the NVC and find out and call domex they are so slow , they had her visa since yesterday and didnt tell her anything stay on top of it

last friday and she got it this morning

she got her visa in hand this morning and i will go and pick her up tuesday morning and bring her back wednesday morning to new york with me

congrats on it being issued , mine went from ready back to ap for a day and the next morning issued , but now im trying to see if and when my fiancee will be able to pick up her visa or even if its been really issued i call all day and got nothing i emailed them friday about it , still nothing , contact them and let me know what they say to you about if its issued

hey i know how you feel , me and my wife were approved on the 8th of this month and we are still waiting , ours had the ap and now it says ready and it has been that way since last week , i have patients but my wife not so much she is going crazy , and she wont calm down until its in her hands , there is no one to call and nothing to ask just have to wait , one day at a time

really you went on the 14th and now it says issued congrats , we got ours approved on the 8th and it still says ready
