    We met through mutual friends around 2009/2010, in the internet. On the 30 of March of 2010 he declared his love for me. Then he came to live with me in Portugal. On July/August 2010 I travel to the US to meet his family. And for two years this was our life, until he proposed to me and we got married on September 7, 2012. Hired a lawyer and filed the papers for the I-130. Got NOA1 on April, 15. been waiting in Portugal since then...

      Hi Vanessa, I left all in my husbands ends to take care of process as i am living in Portugal, and he left all on the lawyers hands. So we were supposed to be on a K3 visa route. But the lawyer never filed the I-129F, so technically we are in a CR1 process after wall. The longest process one

      So technically i could have got the K3 a long time ago and ;( (maybe)

      the K3 is no longer available, so it doesn;t matter if the lawyer didn't submit it. K3 haven't been issued since 2010
