    iree reacted to Darnell in Case Completed last Aug.28th but no interview sked yet :-(   
    Manila IV can schedule once the casefile is opened there.
    So, keep yer eyes peeled on ceac.state.gov - when it changes to 'ready'
    then call Manila IV and ask to be scheduled.
