sterday I received a letter from uscis saying that my green card (i485 form) was denied, the reason of their denial was because they said on June 15 they sent me a letter asking me for evidence which were my birth certificate and the translation, the question 6 part 3 of the form i485 and the form g 325 g the problem is that I never received that letter , now I'm supposed to reopen my case with the form I 290 b , in the instructions to fill out this form says that I need to attach evidence but it doesn't specific what kind of evidence, can you please help me , are you related with this type of forms . They only gave me 30 days to submit this form. Thank you

It's hard saying how long it will take, and hopefully it will not take as long as it says. We also received that letter and my wife is still waiting on her green card.

Hi vj's i hope you guys are doing well, I got a notice of potential interview waiver case say my case may not need to interview me to complete my case but also say about delay the delay will be approximately 6 months, have you guys received this letter (specially Dominicans) how long it took to get your green card?
