    The translation can be done by anyone fluent in english, but he can't translate tho.     The mandamus will help unreasonabe delays. You can't be denied just because you filed a writ of mandamus.

    They take 30/60 days to transfer the case , but to schedule the interview they may 12 to 24 months. If they didn't transfer your case, you have to send it to the address you sent your VAWA/I-485 applications.

    If you paid the USCIS just send a copy of the l485 receipt, but if you filed form l912 before then you have to refile again form l912 to send along with form l131/l765

    Folks all forms l693 signed by the doctor on or after Nov 1,2023 will not expire anymore.
