Can understand your worry, but it sounds like it is a temporary delay, which we have heard of in other cases here also.  Hoping for you to get the oath notification in the next couple of days! 🤞

 Thanks @mdoxand @parampara !  Good to know that the oath dates on the Paramount theater website are not reliable or at least not fully updated .  @kasd has their oath date on 9/18 as shown in the website- so, looks like there are multiple days per month at Paramount currently. 

From the other posts I also believe that the Campbell Heritage Theater is for the San Jose office. 

@SusieQQQ I was wondering about this as well.  Paramount theatre shows the oath ceremony  date as September 18. (See attached).

confirm the venue for your ceremony?

I have a long scheduled overseas trip in mid November so I was also trying to understand options of either requesting expedited or a delayed ceremony.

The scope of the rule change is limited to groups below.

It looks like the timelines in SF are shortening now after the June USCIS communication to spread cases from backlogged centers.  It was getting pretty strange with timelines in San Jose almost half that of San Fran.
