I don't get anything from USEM until now but my fiance called already and have my interview scheduled,

is that letter from the USEM required on my interview day?

I know that instructions papers can be downloaded trough USEM website.

on those 4 months i made only 4k, working as part time

I did not file my 08 tax due to jobless for 8 months.. Is my current paystub will do? Im making $588 weekly full time.

Application and embassy expenses, $ 2175 Dollars

Flight to US, $ 1000 Dollars

Upon reading several guides on preparing documents needed on my fiance interview im really confused with this document verification

requirement. some says that "DELBROS" does not do anymore document verification but the guides says i have to.

I really need some help here to clarify this matter. especially those who had their interviews done recently at usem. hope to hear form you guys

what did you do differently then everyone else, that sent there packet in? i also noticed you did it yourself with no help from a lawyer as well.

I just follow simple rules, like sending the certified copies of divorce & birth cert.. (READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS & REVIEW IT 10 TIMES)

and also i stop by to the nearest church and have it blessed, it works though

now the problem that we might face is my affidavit of support.

I want to know if my supporting documents are enough to send to my fiance for her interview, I did not file my taxes last 2008 because I made only 4k total income (4 months of part time work)

here is the list what i have right now.

1. 2006 & 2007 Tax transcript (12k annual income each year)

2. current pay stub (I started working full time early feb 2009 with $12/hour)

3. Employment letter

4. Bank statement

If this is not enough do I need a co-sponsor? I heard US embassy in manila don't accept co-sponsor for k1 fiance.

No movements at all!

I heard it takes about 1-2 weeks before uscis loads up your non-citizen fiance's information in their system, so when you go at social security office they will ask you to comeback for few days because they can't verify her information on their system yet.

I don't know if this true better ask someone with their own experience on applying SSN.

I am starting k-1 visa now. In 2008 I made $17,900 (for the year).The poverty guidlines for 2008 was $17,500 .And the taxes I just filed the total was $17,900. I just looked at the guidlines and they now say for 2009 $18,212. Am I gonna get denied now? I can not find a sponser. Please help ,Matt

Depends on how soon the interview will be? If it's after April 15 you'll be in trouble.

Also depends on what your current income is.

Do a 1040z [ammend] and add $313 ????

Yes. Short and sweet way to say what I just babbled on about. They qualify by your CURRENT income first. Employer letter and 2 months check stubs should do it.
