These companies are more likely to have had experience with hiring foreign employees. Another path is to get a job with an international company that has offices in the US in your own country then in a few years see if they will do an inter departmental transfer 

That's because you violated the terms of service for this message board, offering to pay someone to get you a visa. That is fraud, you have to qualify for a visa. Look if you want to work in the US you need to find an employer who has a job here and is willing to sponsor you for a visa legitimately. This means that you are qualified for the job, in a lot of cases they have to show that no one in  the US can be found to do the job, and the employer has to pay for the visa. You have to research the different kinds of work visa to see if your field of employment even qualified for work visas and if your level of education is sufficient, if not look to getting qualifications in a field of work that is covered by the work visas then start looking for jobs.
