No I came on a B1/B2 visa. Then got married.

Vawa approval Sept 2015

Case moved Oct 2015

Got medical notice that I should wait to hear what to do with my medical

There was no action on my case after that for month so in May I did a infopass appt there I learnt that my case was in their office since late April.

There was still nothing from USCIS until September they request I send in my medical.

Nov 21 2016 status online change to new card production order

My green card was approved today and online it says my card is being produce but I didn't have a interview

Hey Sandra. Let me give u a lay down on my case so far.

I filed for vawa and i485 in Dec 2014. Vawa was approved Jul 2015. Case status say went to local office oct 2015. After my lawyer made numerous email with no answer I went to local office on May 10 2016 and they said they got the case file just 2 week prior to my visit and I should be schedule for a interview within 90 days.90 days after still nothing so my lawyer send another email. We got a letter requesting my medical by Oct 19 2016. We send it September 29 2016.

I have a few questions now.

1. I have a advance parole and need to go to my country to apply for my kids passport my ticket is booked for next week and ill need to be there for 2 weeks do u think I should risk it?

2. Does this mean I won't have a interview?

3. Is there a chance they might deny my application without interviewing me?

SO I WENT TO MY INFOPASS APPNTMNT YESTERDAY AND THEY SAID THEY ONLY GOT MY FILE 2 WEEKS AGO NOT SINCE OCTOBER OF LAST YEAR AS IT SAYS ONLINE. SANDRA DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH LONGER IT WILL BE NOW FOR ME TO GET MY INTERVIEW DATE?

My case have been at NYC local office for the past 150 days. Anyone have any idea how much longer imma have to wait for aos interview? This wait is killing me

Geohaven, how do you know your case was transferred from NBC to local office? I dont think they update their system when they transfer to local office. Did you find out from infopass appointment? I have been waiting too but no interview notice yet.

Mine is updated online. It says it was transferred to my local office for adjudication.

Hi guys my case was transferred to NBC on October 4 2015. And since then I havent heard anything. How much longer to my aos interview?

I have the same. It says on 797 priorty date October 2014. That is when when we filed 130 and I485. My ex is USC also. What happened to your previous I485? Was it denied?

no Sandra my ex is a usc. But we had filed a i130/i485 in august 2013.

Sandra I just got my i797 and need to understand something on it can you help my please? It shows the priority date of my petition from 2013. What does that mean? Also it states that I will be notified when a decision is made on my pending aos not that I will be schedule for a interview for it. Does that mean I wont have a aos interview?

I am a bit worried can someone help me please. My lawyer got a email in response to a request for update on my pf renewal. This was on sept22 that said that my vawa was approved but today when I checked online the status say it was approved on sept 28. Should I be worried? And how much longer do I have to wait for the notice. And I recently moved but all my documents so far have been sent to my lawyers office do I still need a address update or will they be sending the notice to her as well

The fees are aready waived and the i485 was submitted with the i360 as I was married to a us citizen. Will that make it go faster?

Guys my lawyer just emailed me that my i360 have been approved. What is the next step now and how long do I have to wait to get A interview for my i485?

Did anyone get a vawa rfe to prove cruelty and did you get a approval? How long did it take to get a response? And what did you send?

Hi. I am new here. I have two questions. 1. How long does it take to renew a prima facie? 2. How long after replying to a rfe will there be further action on my case?

My interview ended the same way. I got an approval notification the next day and i'm expecting my card in the mail on Friday.
