Chill out buddy. They review documents first-in-first-out. This means they have received and reviewed your first package and they sent this email. They probably review your 2nd package in a day or two. Call them to make sure but don't worry it happened to me few times.

Thanks and yeah i did know that it might happen, i just wanted to clarify the fact that i received checklist for IV package does it mean my AOS package is good? I also really want to get case completion before feb 19 so that i can hope for April interview .

what is the website to check CEAC status, is it same as online forms portal or different?

Hi guys! Just want to share my experience... It may be useful to some of you!

As you can see from my timeline, we got our IL on Jan 31.. so obviously our interview date was scheduled for March.... March 31. After our case became REDY on CEAC website I decided to call embassy and ask to reschedule our interview for earlier day. And guess what??? Now our interview date is February 21!!!

cover sheet in the ceac website is same, you can use it. just make sure to use the right one AOS and IV ones are different

i just called NVC and the guy told me that they received the packages on 22 and 24 of January and my case is being reviewed. Does it mean I should hear from them soon? How long to expect? last time I called they have told me that they haven't started reviewing.

finally DS260 became available and i submitted it. now is there a way, other than calling them to keep in track of status i.e. how do i know if they received documents or starting reviewing my application.

in DS260 there is a question asking if your spouse immigrating with you to US, i am sponsoring here and i am already here so should the answer be "NO" since i am am already here or should it be "Yes" even though i have already immigrated

Finally IV fee became active and I paid, will send IV docs tomorrow Hope for no checklists and case completion in February to have April interview

I am the petitioner, in the IV package do I need to include any of my documents such as copy of green card, birth certificate or anything? I didn't see anywhere that it is required just wanted to make sure

one more question if i print I-864 online it is not giving bar code at the bottom. is it ok? but when i save it it gives bar code at the bottom of each page, should i refill it after saving?

Hi uhmm. I would like to ask. After case number has been issued how do we get the INN? I thought thet will issue the case number and INN at once. Im a bit confused sorry. Hope you could help me.

2.f. Postal Code - is it different from zip code i gave zip code at 2.e should i just N/A 2.f.?

2.g. Province - what to write here? the city?

Item 13 of part 6, should i check box if i don't have 3 years i.e. i have only 2011 and 2012 tax returns, as i immigrated to us in 2011? can just not check the box and do not provide any information 13 a,b and c

where ever item that is not applicable to you such as family members in part 3, should i keep blank or write N/A everywhere?
