thanks so much, I couldn't agree more this system is broken. there is very little oversight. Seems this stuff can be scanned into a computer and the oldest file will electronicly to the the next available rep.so that May filers would go ahead of December filers,

I will keep rooting and praying for my fellow December filers who haven't gotten their Noa2 yet.

I think/hope all those who suffered thru an RFE will have by the end of the 90 days they allowed themselves.

I was begining to think I was being punished for pestering them as they kept adding 30-60 days everytime I enquired..

My fiance thinks I should send the senators immigration laison some flowers or chocolates, hmm, Im not sure she wasnt just doing the bare minimum of her job requirement. I will of course do as my fiance asks hehe. Good luck, I will be following you guys here at the end, I know how you feel.

My NOA1 was March 13, 2013 and my NOA2 was September 9th. I received a hard copy of my RFE on July 25th. I replied to the RFE on August 29th and the TSC received it on the 4th of September, then my approval just 5 days afterwards. My RFE was for petitioner and beneficiary's G325a forms and two duplicate passport style photos and intent to marry form from her. The reason it took me so long is because the mail came from the Philippines and it takes 2 - 2 1/2 weeks to get to me. I just wanted to give some of you guys on here a general idea on how long it might take for you to hear something. I also got transferred from VSC to TSC on July 13, 2013 then got the RFE on the 25th. I also got denied last year after waiting for 8 months, so I know how the waiting sucks. I hope everyone gets approved who is also waiting.

They are giving themselves another 30 days..... there are no words for this.

there is no doubt it effects work, really everything in our lives, and to think the TSC is completing files submitted May 18th, I really really am beginning to hate them, I can see why some just give up and move out of the US. Someone has to get a handle on these folks.

well im bout read to give up and leave because if I keep stressing with this ####### im not going to have a job soon, I even hate coming home because I know the first thing im going to do is jump on uscis web to see if im approve only to be disappointed don't know what to say no more all I know something needs to happen and I mean fast.

What a crock, They allowed themselves 60 days to match up response paperwork to the original file and approve/deny or RFE. Then if the original RFE isn't met to their satisfaction, I get to time out. nice.

I was transferred to TSC from VSC on August the 8th.... It's been 5 weeks since my transfer and nothing, my case hasn't even been touched since the transfer according to the uscis website.... I hope things start moving soon.... Good luck to all the transferred peopI

I GOT TRANSFERRED TO TSC FROM VSC ON JULY 10 GOT A RFE ON JULY 18 FOR ( INTENT LETTER, G-325A AND PASSPORT PHOTO FOR MY FIANCEE) AND ACCORDING TO THE USCIS WEBSITE MY FILE HAS NOT BEEN TOUCH SINCE JULY 31 EVERY TIME I CALL THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT 60 DAYS IF ANY BODY NO ANY THING ELSE I CAN DO PLEASE LET ME KNOW BECAUSE I AM STESSED OUT

I'm a February filer, June transfer to TSC. I got a RFE hardcopy on July 23rd and sent it in, got confirmation from USCIS TSC on Aug 1st about receipt.

From what I've observed on VJ, TSC seems to go through RFEs within 1-2 weeks. It's been a little over 4 weeks now. Should I be concerned?

Just FYI, my RFE was about proving we had met within the past 2 years (even though I provided that evidence urghh). It's just frustrating to see people who filed in July/August getting approved already when I've been waiting since February.

My question is: Has anyone else who received a RFE from TSC waited this long to get a response????

I think they handle these in groups, so i wouldn't be surprised if us transfer tsc folks all get our answers on the same day.

exactly the same for me, this is really aweful. Who can we complain to? I called today and complined to the supervisor in mesquite texas, what a sorry bunch there.

I mailed on on Dec. 2nd and got like Dec 12th NOA1...was caught in the file transfer numbers game......July 3rd I get the RFE and mailed back on the 12th for Monday morning delivery return reciept which was the 15th, they keyed it into the system on the 17th and the wait began again... Anyone know how this Ohmbudsman thing works? There has to be someone within that organization that can see how this is wrong and needs to be addressed.

Hi ON JULY 25 WE RECEIVE RFE FOR ( INTENT TO MARRY LETTER, AND G-325A , AND TWO PASSPORT PHOTOS FOR MY FIANCEE ) WE MAILED EVERY THING BACK IN TO TSC GOT A NOTIFICATION THAT THEY RECIEVE IT ON JULY 30 AND HAS NOT HEARD ANYTHING AS OF AUG 22 IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH LONGER.

We got our RFE letter on July 25, got it turned back around that day (we were missing our almost TOO simple letters of intent, so it was easy to get done same day), and got notification that they received it on Monday, July 29. I'm really hoping that means it won't be long at all before we get our NOA2. Best advice is just to get it turned around and back to them as quickly as possible.
