  1. "Thee consular officer will need to see proof that your business earnings will be the same or more for at least the next five years. What kind of proof do they need??

Don't know why you would need something like that , were approve nov 2013, and all I had to show was business license and copy of my personal 2012 tax return, they never ask for anything that had to do with my business besides my business license
  2. You wouldn't have problems. Usually the red flags are raised when the intending immigrant is the fiance of you today and then of someone else the next. Since you aren't the intending immigrant, it's shouldn't be a problem.

Just make sure that you have enough proof of your current relationship. You want to submit things like your visa stamps for when you visited, hotel receipts, airline tickets, photos of you guys and with her family members and friends and of your wedding, affidavits of family members and/or friends, gifts or money you may have sent her, etc.

Also you want to be prepared to answer any questions that may come up at your interview regarding what happened with your previous fiance. The fact that you sent your ex fiance back to Jamaica because of what happened and didn't try to do AOS or get married anyway already looks good, because they will be much less likely to suspect fraud on your part. As long as you are truthful and can back up the legitimacy of your current relationship, you will be fine.

thank you very much for replying back

  3. did u get married before u apply for ss number, we applied yesterday and the guy thought we we married already and said we cant receive a ss number right now, because once you are married u are no longer in the k1 status you have to wait till u get your EAD and go back, I told him we are not married yet he thought the birth cert was marriage license

  4. Hello VJ,

I have a question for anyone who can be of assistance. I have a relative that is married and is trying to bring her husband here from Jamaica. He recently went to the embassy for his interview and they advised that they would need more documentation supporting their communication. He didn't have any phone records for his phone or his wife's phone.

I spoke with her and she advised me that because she has a pay as you go phone she doesn't have any phone records. When she called Metro PCs they advised her that they would need a court order in order to release the phone records to her. Is there any way to meet the requirements with other evidence, i.e. provide written statements, bank statements, etc. ??

    Thank you all in advance.

don't no what type of phone you have with metro pcs but I had a L,G phone with them , I had like 3000 text in the phone between me and fiancée, and over 700 hundred calls and could not get a bill from metro pcs, so I went to app store on the phone, and down loaded SMS BACKUP, and open up email address, and was able to back up and send all the texting and phone calls to the email address and from their I was able to print them out,

  5. general question, if I purchase someone a ticket to go to barbados about 2 weeks ago, and I payed for the return ticket yesterday, are the going to have a problem with entry because I didn't purchase the tickets at the same time

  6. I agree with Beth if you can make it to the interview u should be their you never know if you will be needed, my fiancee had her interview and the Co ask her was I here today she said yes and he ask her did she have my passport with her she said yes and he ask for it, then he told her he was about to say how can I support her in the U S if I can't even afford to be here today to show her some support, then he told her he would invite me in,but since all the docs are correct and she answered all the questions with confidence he doesn't need me, so if something does come up at least you will be there if needed, so my advise to everyone even if you are not allowed in, and you can make it their, you should be their.
