  1. Quick question, my beneficiaries dont have their vaccination records. They can get new vaccinations but polio is a problem since that is only given to children there and no one can give them a proof of vaccine. Do you know if they are asking for proof of vaccination at POE or is the attestation sufficient?
  2. Thank you for that link. I agree with your assessment but I'm not a lawyer and much less a policy enforcer. One thing I did see is that this program is conditioned on Mexico willingly accepting removed Venezuelans. Not sure how likely that would be to change but it is just another point of uncertainty.
  3. Correct. We are applying for my wife's brother and his wife who is Venezuelan. I just didn't know how fast we had to get them plane tickets. We have been planning for over a year on meeting in Colombia in December which would be the first time my wife's entire immediate family would be together in years, but I'm not certain if we have the luxury of waiting until them for them to come here to the US. It would be in 90 day window but I would hate for them to not to be let if the 24,000 gets filled up before.
  4. When you got the travel authorization, does it say anything about having your spot secured? I'm wondering if the authorization secures the "cupo" among the 24,000 total allowed or if it only applies to the first 24,000 who actually enter through air travel.
