    Thank you, I so hope it will show up. In my case, when we track the number it shows activities, on June 2, mail was picked up then it went somewhere else and got stuck on June the 3 rd. I can tell by tracking mail left USCIS facility

    I have a tracking number. USCIS mailed it on June 2, when I tracked on June 3 it said "expected delivery Thursday, June 5 by 9 PM" They did not deliver it and when I track the number it says "in route to the next facility" and it says that since June 3.

    What I am worried about is that there is no activity on tracking since June 3 and today we are in June 6

    She plans to leave in August and back in early January. USCIS mailed her green card on June 2, but when I track there is no activity since June 3. I assume and I know they lost it. I have not yet applied for replacement, I want to wait till Tues, or Wed next week

    Thank you, USCIS has a live chat option to chat with a real person. This is what they told me now: You will have to get appointment with local office to get temp proof of status while I-90 app is processing. You can request for the appointment once you receive receipt number for app I-90.

    Hello everyone, My mom arrived to the US with IR5 visa (Parent of US Citizen) 2 months ago. I am pretty sure USPS lost her green card. If she leaves USA would she have problems to re enter again with IR5 visa without green card? Has anyone experienced the same? Thank you so much for your feedback.

    Hi All, My mom's interview is on Feb 5, 2025. Will the interviewer in the consulate ask for 2024 tax returns? Or 2024 W2 will be fine since filing deadline is April 15. Anyone has experienced similar situation? Thank you

    Hello everyone and thank you in advance for sharing your experience, My mom's case is at NVC stage. Today I received an email from NVC notifying us our case is now Documentarily Qualified. However when I logged on my CEAC I saw Civil Documents now says "Incomplete", Police certificate -Missing. I had uploaded that document already and it says "accepted". So they are saying document is missing and they had already accepted that in the past, i see it in my documents tab as accepted. I am not sure what is going on, has anyone experienced the same? Thanks everyone

    is it a K1 visa? what type of immigrant visa it is? if its based on marriage then your age, 20, is a red flag.

    I would check processing times and contact congressman. mine got approved in exactly 11 months now i am on NVC staged. filed for my mom on Feb 11, 2023 and got approved on Jan 13, 2024.

    If you and your apouse file taxes joint then yes, he needs to fill out I864A as a household member, not as a joint sponsor.

    Thank you so very much, yes, that makes sense. So do you think i should include bonus in my 2024 income even though i will get bonus at the end of the year? tax returns and w2s will show bonus for past years

    Hello everyone, My Mom's I130 got approved on 1/16/24 and today 1/17/24 I received NVC welcome letter. I paid all the fees, now they are in process. I have a few questions regarding filing I864L 1) In part 5: sponsor's household size. Item 8 asks to add together all the numbers from 1 to 7 However number 1 is populated in item 8 and I can not edit it. How did you all do this? I included image of what i mean 2) Should I include bonus in my annual income? I base pay is way more than NVC requires though. Thanks every one so much
