Sfoto no its not related to where you are from but it could be on somebody's desk who is slacking. As I said call 1800 number, call the congressman and make an infopass. You have to stand up and show them you are serious so they make an effort to find out what's going on.

Ok. If no letter was sent out yet your case very well could have slipped into a dark corner and been overlooked. A call to your congressman office should get the ball rolling again quickly. If they did lose it, that should prompt them to find it, dust it off and schedule your interview.
