Thanks Hank as always. We had my lawyer fill out the form already and is ready for her submission. I just wanted to double check stuff and make sure all are in order.

Would you happen to know if there is an option at the end of the form to save in addition to printing. My fiancee don't have a printer at home and she plans on saving the form on a USB and print at an internet cafe.

My printer is not working so I'm planning to the same, but I'm not sure it will work though so I'm waiting for the reply. Glad you asked this question

I just had my medical yesterday(Oct 30th) and it went smoothly. Finish my medical in just one day.

Need to bring:

- NVC letter with your manila case number on it

- photocopy of your passport biopage

- 3 pcs 2x2 passport picture (write your name at the back of it)

- slec online registration

- appointment letter from the embassy- interview (if applicable)***

i am planning to schedule my medical and wants to know what are the things i need to bring, i havent got a letter from the embassy yet but i do have my noa2 and also my MNL case number. aside from the online registration form (2) copies, payment, vaccination record ( if available) , chest xray film (if available) , biograogic part of my passport ( photocopy), pictures... water pen etc.. my worry is, i dont have any letter yet from the embassy . will that be a problem once ihave my medical? what other documents i may be able to show to st lukes instead of the letter of eligibility.? will my noa2 (photocopy) will suffice? i need help with those who have undergone their medical at st lukes with thes same issue. thank you so much

Hi it took 6weeks for us to get a case number, we never heard from USCIS or NVC about our case, no email no text no nothing after our approval. But my fiancé kept on calling NVC. 3days ago I called NVC and I got our case number.. today my fiancé received the letter from NVC.

Called NVC few mins ago and I got my case number yehey!! NVC received our case on the 23rd of this month and they shipped it to the embassy 25th..

It's been one month and 11 days without case number. Tried calling NVC many times but they haven't received our case yet have t heard from USCIS after they approved us.

Krispykreme: For attendance and seminar no need for the passport, only when you register and get the sticker that will be affixed on your passport when you have the visa...

Yes you don't need passport to attend the seminar, I just remembered.. the one who got there first didn't have a passport , she is married to an American citizen so she need a certificate from CFO to get a passport.. You are on the same boat..

I don't know if it's okay if you don't have a passport, Just inform someone at CFO about it. good luck...

One on one interview: the lady asked for my fiancé's passport bio page, his birth cert, previous wife death cert, and pics of me and him together.. :)she was nice. forgot her name though..

The one who got there first was from Davao and then few mins ago ako naman ang nag abot..

I'm staying at Mandarin plaza hotel, 15-20mins drive,don't know if there is a hotel nearby, I'm still here in Cebu.. ..

I was asked to give my passport original, NBI, my birth cert original ,my fiancé's BC, postal id copy, then the lady guard gave me a priority number. Number 52, coz I was second in line, 51 for the person who came first. Then the lady guard handed me d docs I gave her..Waiting for my number to be called,number called and paid 400 and picture taking for certificate. The lady (she was also the one who interviewed me on one on one interview) gave me a form to fill up in room number 2 after that she instructed me to give the form back to her after filling it up..she wrote number 2 on the upper right corner of the form. After I filled it up I returned my form to them then waited for 3 hours, (falling asleep while waiting)..finally number 2 called, it's me, forgot to answer some questions on the form so she asked me the questions I answered her and she wrote it down, then said I'll be back at 1pm .

Film showing, actual seminar less than 2 hours.. Then one on one interview (20mins for me). Lady instructed me to wait at the counter and get my cert. I finished at 4:50pm..

CFO Cebu resumed the seminar yesterday.. It was okay, it was fun. It took me I think 20 mins on one on one interview.. just be confident. I admit I got nervous at first but when I sat down in front of the interviewer I felt relax and she was so kind she gave me advices about my relationship. Got my certificate. We were 15 applicants bound to USA,, thought they cater only 12 people but 15. Got there 4am a girl from Davao was already there. I was so sleepy after I filled up the form waited for 3hours for the instruction lol.. Instruction was be back at 1pm lol..

Hank I went to a notary public today I forgot to bring my parents Id of course the attorney asked for it lol so they can have the form notarized.. So I went back home and photocopied my parents Id...hehehe

Hi... You can make your own parental advice form or you can go to your city hall and ask if they have the parental advice for marriage form and have it notarized by a lawyer or to a Notary Public in your place. You can search it online too.. I searched it online and went to a Notary Public today.. It took me less than 5 mins to have it notarized and it cost me 100 pesos...

Yes, this is my concern too because i need to have the CFO sticker before my Monday flight. I sent a text in one of the numbers and they were very accommodating and even called my phone and instructed me what to do..

If they will be open or not I'll still go to Cebu everything is booked ,except transpo..lol.. I'll attend the seminar in Manila before interview if Cebu CFO is still close by next week..
