Anybody got their MNL # yet for this Date or After this date (August 16th. 2013) ......................

We received our approval the day but keep getting told 8 weeks. very frustrating but keep praying we will all get our case #a soon

So the most unexpected event happened yesterday when we logged in to check our case status on USCIS and it said Post Decision activity - petition approved! Honestly, I was expecting for a longer wait but our NOA2 was approved in 64 days

Quick question regarding NVC and packet 3. I understand that I have to start calling them in about 2 weeks to get a case number?

Also, I'm trying to gather the documents required for packet 3 - there are a few forms, photographs, etc required. Does only the beneficiary need to submit this or both beneficiary and petitioner? There's also a checklist of documents required like police clearance, etc - is this only required for beneficiary or both?

I apologize if this has already been posted but seems like this info is lost in the threads. Please help!

Aug 16th and still no case #. call ever day sometimes twice. will pray that you receive yours this week.

Congratulations, Now the painful wait for NVC. Just keep asking God for his help We have been waiting for just about a month for our case # and so far nothing. But I have faith this week!!!!!!!!!

Just to join in with everyone else-we received our NOA2 Aug. 12th. Still has not arrived at NVC. I've called a couple times just to get the "it's not here" / "wait 8 weeks" response, like everyone else. I was budgeting that this was going to be the speediest part of this whole process and I'm really starting to get anxious. Can you ever schedule your visa interview just with the NOA2 and before the NVC has sent it off?

So at church today I felt God remind me that he has everything under control and we just have to have faith. I know God put us both together and like someone else said we will spend the rest of our lifes together so just a little bit longer.

I got my NOA 2 hardcopy on Aug 29th in the mail. NVC still hasn't received my case... They said 8 WEEKS!!! has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal? Has anyone got their NVC number yet.... any information about this will be helpful. Thank you in advance everyone hope there are no delays

Yes I keep hearing the same thing. Everyone I talk to seems to be reading off a script. They can not seem to give a reason. Just pray is my best advice. I have been waiting sense Aug 16th

Okay, let me be the first to state:

08/27/2013 7:15 a/m CST Email Received / USCIS / On August 27, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing.

09/05/13 : Case received at DOS and MNL Number issued.

The gentelman I conversed with at DOS was very nice about the conversation. I asked when he received the case and when the MNL number was issued. He replied "Sept. 5", then we both realized at the same time " THAT'S TODAY"

You need to keep redialing. it took me 5 times on hold now for over 20 min

I was approved July 26th, and my case didn't get shipped to NVC until today. I still don't have my Case #.

Well , I guess I will due what works best . Pray if we have time to worry we have time to pray. I pray that all of you receive your case numbers very soon. IF you can make it through this process you can make it through anything. God bless you all.

Who did you call to get a scanned copy of the NOA2??? I haven't received mine yet and I would like to call too.

Approved Aug 16th, Nothing from NVC . Called and they do not have case yet but asked for a scaned copy of our NOA2.
