If you're not in any hurry, you can twiddle your thumbs until the NVC decides to notify you.If you want to speed up the process, start calling the NVC at the end of next week. Keep calling them every day until they give you your MNL case number. It can take as little as two weeks for the NVC to receive your petition after the USCIS approves it.
Once you have your MNL case number, you can pay the visa application fee at BPI, then schedule an interview appointment, then complete the medical. There's no need to wait for the U.S. Embassy to contact you.
