Today I called Nvc and I got my case completed!!! They told me my case was completed April 26(saturday)

NVC introduced my two packages in the system April 14. I send another package with two photos of the beneficiary that were put into the system April 22 (because the first that I sent Has more than 6 months). When I could have my case complete?

It's been 5 days since AOS fee shows paid, and IV fee and Ds-260 still not enable, DS-261 remain completed, Should I be concerned or is this normal?

I thank God. Just a quick update, I got my case # at NVC after 2 weeks of approval. Will continue to bug NVC until I know when they send the file to Abu Dhabi USEm or getting an interview at least.

Thank u for this website. Though I read many bad experiences, I trust in everything to God. I dont cross fingers, no wishing, not even a goodluck. I simply pray for our case. God is AWESOME!

Hello everyone! I have a question :currently I've been married for 1 yr and 2 months, I130 just approved Feb10. I would like to know what is the requirement for the time of the interview my husband can obtain permanent residence for 10 years. I know we must have 2 years of marriage. But I know of some cases that have not meet that requirement yet and at the interview the CO change status to IR-1.
