    Does anyone here waiting for a NOA2? I just checked our case status and it says they sent us a letter REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE. does anybody here has an idea what other evidence they need?

      You'll need the hard copy of the RFE to know what evidence they're asking for.

      I recently got an RFE asking for G325a his divorce decree and letters of intent but as NLRB said it will tell you on the hard copy what they need.

      Get it back to them ASAP and everything should be fine. I just sent ours in now hopefully getting NOA2. good Luck!!!

    I'm waiting for our NOA2 approval anytime soon as expected. Can I request for police clearance and NBI clearance both in Philippines and Singapore before my NOA2 approval? Or shall I wait?

      updates?..u can do it here..But for topics that u need to hear different views from other members, u can go to Forums and click K-1 and click on K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports, on the right side it says "Start New Topic"..you can repost everything you just did here..
