He estado 13 meses en este proceso, y 2 aguardan más para mí.

Eso es un poco mi situación también, cada mes alguien aparece y dice cosas como "que te habías ido / salir", y no es el hecho de que no entienden el proceso y el atraso, cuando me dicen que tengo que esperar 60 días más que dicen algo así como "Uuuh, creo que usted no está dejando", "Creo que esta cosa tuya no va a funcionar", "Te vas el próximo año", a veces creo que mi peor error fue decirle a todo el mundo que Planeaba irse, no porque sean malas personas, pero más tarde esa persona en una conversación al azar alguien dice "Oh, él está dejando a los EE.UU.", y de repente sin saber, un gran grupo de personas que suelen recomendar las expectativas acerca de usted, y luego el parte desaliento repite, y así sucesivamente, pero estoy curado de esta cuestión, con el tiempo vendrá, así que aplausos.

estar preparados ..... tuve que traducir todo en Inglés para la embajada en Costa Rica y todos los documentos estaban en español (el idioma nativo) y querían traducciones (NVC y Embajada) No tiene que ser un certificado traducción más, pero todavía tenía que se traducen TODO. Recorrí los documentos a mi amigo en Pennsylvania y ella les mandé de vuelta. Le pedí que firmar la certificación de traducción antes de volar hacia abajo para la entrevista. Haz lo que quieras, pero ¿por qué correr el riesgo y demora su visa????

More action out of California...

I almost don't want to boast here because i feel for all my peeps that are still waiting; it's wonderful and exciting but it still stings a bit every time you read someone got approved or their case is moving while you still sit and wait....

so for the sake of statistics: Just got the e-mails on both my i130 and i129 - Alien Registration Number change. At least they've touched it, i wonder how long they'll take to approve it....

Congrats to all the approvals out there, I've neglected to congratulate some, really happy for you folks!
