Good day,
My fiancee worked in Saudi Arabia from March 2011 to November 2011. Will she be required to get a Police Clearance from Saudi for her interview? Her interview will be on 07NOV13. Thank you!

Yes and yes
Thank you!
yes she can do that but for me its not advisable since you still have to go back again... you can go/attend to the seminar before visa is issued but they wont give you the certificate or the sticker since you dont have the visa yet...
Thanks for the input.
I thought they will give you a certificate after the seminar even if you're not done with the interview? And also, I believe she don't have to go back because she can get the sticker from the CFO at NAIA? Anybody can confirm this?

Good day VJers. Two quick question about CFO:
01. Is it okay if my Fiancee do the CFO seminar after the medical and before the interview at USEM?
02. Will I be allowed to go with her for the seminar?
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Good day, I just want to ask what's the best time to go to St. Lukes for the medical? Thank you!

Is it okay to not have the hard copy of NAO2? Or I will be needing it in the future? I got an email notification of my K1 application for my Fiancee on August 09 2013 and I still don't have the hard copy.

we got approved july 27. visa in hand now. my interview date was aug15 and i just received NOA2 sept 5 so if we waited for that i guess we are just preparing for medical and interview.
Thank you for the response and congratulations on your VISA
So that means as long as we have the MNL# we can proceed with the medical at St. Luke's and interview at the USEM without needing any other paperworks from the USCIS and/or the NVC?

My K1 visa application for my fiancee got approved 09AUG13. I got an email confirmation and I also saw it at uscis.gov. Is it normal that I still don't have the hard copy of the NAO2 yet as of today? Do I need the hard copy? Or we should be good to do the medical and interview as soon as we get the MNL# from DOS and/or NVC?
I have been calling DOS and according to the NVC still don't have our case. I plan to keep calling the until I get out MNL #.
Thank you and God Bless!

After 2 cancelled schedules due to unforeseen events, Finally got our interview today and we are APPROVED. Thank you VJ Family for helping us all through out this K1 Journey (mentally and emotionally). I know that it is just the beginning and there are still lots of things to deal with but we are not going to make this far without each and everyone of you who helped along the way.
Thank you God. Thank you for all the Blessings.
Thank you VJ Family! Adrian and I are thankful to this site, its members and its moderators.

@ Ian10
Does ur fiancee in the Philippines now or stil in KSA?
She's in the Philippines now. She worked/lived in KSA from March 2011- November 2011.

The USEM is going to require an NBI report - as you have already stated. I forget whether you can carry that in for the interview or you may have to have it sent directly to the USEM. As far as a police certicate being needed only if you have resided in another country for 6 months or more and it must be send directly to the USEM
Sorry to stick my nose in the conversation, but does this mean that the other country(KSA) where my Fiancee (benefeciary) lived/worked for 8 months needs to send a police clearance directly to the US Embassy?
