I know who they is and what I-134 is and thanks for your imput. What I am saying is they should say if it is needed in the instructions with the I-129F. This should not be left to the discretion of one person but I quess we have to play their game !!

OK, if the I-134 is an optional form when do I know if we need one?

I mean they should say yes or no, not left to the discretion of the consular officer. Aslo do you now if they would ask for I-186 or I-134 at the Moscow consulate? I cant find any concrete support for this question, can you guys?????? Thanks!

Thanks to all of your imput (misskiya and Joey559) as this has helped me. I know it is benificial to submit as much info as pos. Was just wondering because I dont qualify if my I-134 was even looked at!

My income is not above the guidlines at this time. Just need to know if TWO I-134 is OK to submit. Or should I NOT submit one and have my co-sponser submit the only form. I guess that would make them the actual sponser,,, Huh!

Just need to know if a co-sponsor would use the same form if I don't have enough supporting evidence?

Can I submit more than one I-134, affidavit of support for the same person??

The consulate will be in Vladivostoc RUSSIA. We recieved our NOA1 in FEB.

HMMMM, my birth cert had a number on it. Just remember they will be getting a copie of that from you so I would not worrie.

Does my Fiancee' (Beneficiary) need to send a copie of her Russian passport along with the ORIGINAL submission of the I-129F documents that I will send???

HEY !!! Thanks to all that gave me your input.. I will be using my US passport to show citizenship for I-129F. I wasnt sure about making copies of ALL the pages so I called the USCIS. They were very helpful and said YES to copie ALL pages! Glad I checked on this because my Russian Fiancee' needed to copie ALL of hers too, NOT just the stamped pages.

Do I need to copie ALL pages in my passport if there are NO entries or visa stamps in it??
