Ok its official there is a Gremlin doing something to my case, now they are saying that I did not send in my 2012 transcript, I have copies of everything I send in and I know I send in that transcript. If this continues this way I'm going to end up in the nut house. Jesusssssssssssss help.

Wondering is there such a long gap between I-130 send and First NOA1. Is it a typo?

Due to my name change from when I iniatially arrived to USA 43 years ago, they could not find my A number to connect to my naturalization. it took them a while to do the connection.

RFE's are not always a bad thing. At least you know your case is being worked on. They may only need to see 1 document until they approve your case.

I hope you are right, nervous wreck, that's what I am.

Hopefully you had your NVC case number written at the top of every document you sent them like it is HIGHLY suggested for this exact reason. In that case it will be easier for them locate the lost documents.

U should could them back and ask to speak to a sup because they did the same to me they said i didn't send the pics and after a sup reviewed the file the pics were there half of the people in the NVC don't know what the hell they are doing they think everything u send them does not cost money

I called NVC today for status update of my DS3032 and AOS documentations, I told that there will be sending a check list today or tomorrow or sometime this week, because I failed to check box 34, the military service information. Ok my mistake, but they are also saying that I did not provide them with my husband Biographic page of his passaport, which I DID, and that the original Birth Certificates and Marriage Certificate are missing, which I filed with the application and wrote a letter stating so. The operator told me that once I get the email, I can ask for another review and a search for the original documents. Please help.
