not sure who run the site but don't they received any feedback from previous applicants? gee, I've been reading the posts about what is the priority date, some were from 2 or 3 years ago.

another confusion is, The DS FORMS states NON IMMIGRANT, when scheduling the interview the K category is under IMMIGRANT.

so frustrating that the priority date box is blank then when scheduling the interview they don't tell you that the priority date and received date are the same. But when creating your account to schedule the interview, it says on the USERNAME field to use an email address.

on the top of the page on the right it is an I-797C, notice of action

I received no NOA1 or I-797C, just the letter and I-129F...

my fiancé have received the form 797 with RECEIPT DATE (not received date) and notice date.

From the letter I received it doesn't state NOA1, only the case #, no received date or something...

but there is a "Date: 29 May 2013" written on the top right of the letter.

I am scheduling a k visa interview, what is the PRIOTY DATE? Is it the APROVED DATE that stamped in the I-129F?

This ds-156 and scheduling the interview are taking us too long... they never tell you where to find.

One of the DS forms is asking to list the past and present employers, is it okay to list my employers ONLINE or employers from my past local jobs?

My employers are from United States through an online workplace based in Redwood City, CA.

ALSO, on the DS-156 Online Form, can you please help me understand this section? Because we had a lawyer to help us process the first stage.
