Congrats to all who have approved and hopefully everyone else will receive good news soon.

After losing our medical, we did the emergency medical and turned that in and a week later we got emails saying that the card was in production and we should receive it in the next 30 days. We never got the interview waiver letter and had filed in mid-October. Hopefully we will get the card soon and be done for awhile.

i think the processing is fine , so your local office was processing August as of february so in march they will be processing September files and in april they will be processing October and again that's just what i think beacuse not all offices recieve the same number of cases . Congratulation and i hope we will hear something good soon

Thanks, We did not receive any text message, no online update. Just the green card showing up. We really did not expect anything until June.

well that's agreat surprise and wonderfull birthday Gift , congratulation again !!!!!!

My wife Elizabeth received her green card yesterday. As with all of you we filed AOS in October. Elizabeth received her combo card on January 5th and shortly after that received the interview waiver letter. Of course it said it might be a six month wait for the green card. Yesterday (April11th) she received the welcome to the United States letter and also the green card in the same day. Yesterday was my birthday so it was a very happy day. I pray everyone else that received the interview waiver letter will receive their green card very shortly.

OMG the waiting game is killing us

i filed in october , but based on our local office i do not think i will hear something until June as our local office was processing June 26 by end of february

i hope i can hear something sooner

Congratulation i hope it will go well for you , for us it might take a little more time as we did our biometrics back in November and we recived potential interview waived letter back in January our office is Dallas and as of last week update it was at June by January 31 so I anticipate another 2 months at least if nothing magical happen

Just out of curiosity those who got the interview set for April did you receive the potential interview waived before and now you got the interview? Or you haven’t heard anything from them since biometric until you received the letter for interview?

i guess we are all on the same boat , we did send our case last October and the fees were acceptaed on October 15 , we did do fingerprint on November 18 and on January 17 we did receive a letter of potential interview Waive , when we check our case online its still at acceptance stage and also when i call USCIS they keep telling me that i have to look at processing time for local office ( Dallas) and its in May 17 , i guess this might take forever, my Question to you guys anyone out there for October filer at dallas Area ? also did anyone from October 2013 have recieved GC YET ?

I am trying to see if anyone else out there is in the same situation as me . I have submitted 485 and other forms for travel and work back in October 3, I have recived the combo card for work and travel back in early December I did my biometric on November 11, and my case did change since then it's still showing acceptance

On January 10 I have received a potential interview waive due to the backlog .

We are adjusting from k1 , based on others when can we expect to hear back again from USCIS ? We are planning to travel overseas for 2month is there a limitations for how long you can stay outside USA using AP ?

Any suggestions help and support will be greatly appreciated
