The only way to fast track is to call your congressperson and have them contact USCIS/embassy ...

Once you have the 129F approval it takes another month to send it to Department of State then another month for embassy interview then 2-4 weeks to have the visa stamped

3 months from today is possible

Can you explain what these emails are that say they have shipped? Who sent the email?

Is it TSC saying they have shipped the paperwork to NVC?

I just called NVC and they haven't received mine yet. NOA2 is July 5. Haven't received any email about being sent to NVC but USCIS says it had gone

Expecting an email saying my application was sent to the DOS ... instead I receive 2 emails yesterday afternoon

The first saying, "The post office returned your package as undeliverable ......"

then a second email saying, "we mailed you a document......."

I spent the next 3 hours on hold and the lady said the updates were most likely a mistake. I asked if my application was sent to the NVC and she said it was right after the NOA2 approval notice.

Called NVC ....... Still waiting for NVC case#

Transfer - June 21 (VSC-TSC)

NOA2 - July 5

@Vazpayne19 - I see your embassy appt is August 29 - may I ask why so long away? Is the Embassy backlogged that far?

I highly advise this route - the more complaints/annoyances the more likely they will fix the TSC delay (its the govt - annoyances are dealt with not complaints)

Have completed the ombudsman form - will contact my congressman at the 10 business day mark (ugh, I hate waiting)

the more TSC complaints to the ombudsman and congressman can annoy them enough to fix the problem!

Has anyone contacted their congressman about the Texas NVC delay? My approval has only been a 1/2 week if NVC doesn't have it Friday I am calling my congressman. NvC is telling me 8 weeks - I am not waiting. there is no reason they can't mass mail them daily/weekly. or do mass scans

I know about the medical, passport photos, tax returns latest pay stubs; prove of relationship

But I am confused on the paperwork which is left

I am a TSC'r and have just been approved

But isn't there more paperwork (DS230,3032,864) to be completed before NVC sends package to foreign embassy?

Have most everyone already complete these previously?

My lawyer is MIA and reading about these forms now

My I-129F has just been approved. I am a Feb 8 filer transferred from VSC to TSC on June 21.

The other applications around mine are approved or RFE
