I submitted N400 since May 2020 and all I got yet was a biometrics appointment May 2021. No sign of interview and people that submitted way after me are already citizen. This is soo frustrating.
I’m so sorry to hear that. Right now the receipt date for a case inquiry is April 16th, 2020. Try to
monitor that, if you don’t hear back from them and your date comes up contact USCIS as soon as you’re eligible. Best of luck!

I would not believe the officer. They are misleading. They like to say things just to get you out of the room. Yes there will be oath ceremonies in mid December. It's not "the next". Instead there are are small ceremonies at the S.P. River Center throughout months of Oct, Nov, and Dec. Officers frequently lie. But Good luck. I hope you become a citizen soon.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for both of us so it happens soon. Cheer up! It seems to be the final stretch.

This demonstrates one should not trust the USCIS.

Thanks for letting us know, I just checked mine and same thing!

Y'all keep checking this everyday?? Lol
I filed last May and I think last time i checked it says June. Just leave it and wait for when the actual date comes. I don't bother to check anymore.
No, I check every now and then because I filed in September and haven't had biometrics yet.

Hello Everyone,
I just logged into my portal. I filed OCT 2020 and it showed an estimated completion of November 2021. Today it shows estimated completion August 2021.
Could it be they are going to try rush alot of applications to get everyone's oath done in the summer of 2021, I hear they are pushing the oaths back months for some ( sorry about that ) to accommodate for the requirements to do the outdoor ceremonies.
Mine just changed to completion in July 2021, I believe it was October before.

If you remember, how long did it take in the MN office between the time when the bottom estimate of wait time for next step changed to "We are taking longer than expected to process your case" and the time you or your husband got your interview notification? Thanks
I filed in September and I haven't had biometrics yet. On the website it says "We are taking longer than expected to process your case". 🤷♀️

Any updates? Anyone?

Yes, your N400 is super straight forward.
Does it mean that it's gonna be a fast processing case?

I suppose that there are no stupid questions ...
I'm applying for citizenship, I'm married to a US citizen but I've been living in the USA for nearly 6 years so I just decided to apply based on the length of my residence.
One marriage, no children, my spouse doesn't station abroad, I didn't travel outside the US for more than 6 months, no arrest/convictions.Did I determine right that the only supporting documents that I need is my GC and tax transcripts from past 5 years???

I just noticed that USCIS released data for n400 in mid april for oct 1st to dec 31st , it seems things have improved slightly for twin cities office. The pending applications have shown a decrease for the first time since 2015. I have added the info the to spreadsheet.
Number of immigrants decreased in Minnesota.

Hi,
I'm gonna be submitting my n-400 in about a month. Are tax transcripts (last 3 years) enough or officers in MN require to present more evidence?Thank you.
PS: I'm preparing myself for long wait too. -

Maybe it's a stupid question and it doesn't matter now but why I have never received any approval letter?
My online status changed, they produced the card, I got it in mail couple days later, no letters. -

Got status update again today. this time they have mailed the card, how long does it take to get the card in hand after they mail you one?
On June 21, 2017, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number WAC###########, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by July 21, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
2 business days. It was priority mail.
